Spent a weekend at the Lindsay. Pamela and Keith are very friendly. They advised us as we were making our booking that the weekend we were planning to be in Edinburgh was clan gathering weekend and recommended events and ticktets if we wanted to go. This turned out to be excellent. The service was fantastic and the rooms were lovely,...

I'm spending parts of my holidays for many years in Scotland. I always loved Edinburgh as a city but for a long time I wasn't happy with the accomodations there. This changed when I spent three years ago a few nights in the Lindsay Guesthouse. Great, clean rooms, very good breakfeast with alternatives to the usual Scotish option (very welcome...

Pam and Keith were very helpful and a good laugh, the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely. In a nice area of Edinburgh with easy access to city centre by either a pleasent walk along canal or by bus. Thanks Geoff and Pam, I highly recommend this guest house.

Thank you very much, Pamela and Keith! I much enjoyed my stay at your Guest House. It's a house with a nice victorian atmosphere. I loved the great Scotisch breakfast. It's a 15 min walk along the beautiful Union Canal to the Royal Mile. You can always have a good conversation with Pamela and Keith and they have many good...

This was a romantic birthday trip away for my girlfriend (and I), and I spent considerable time looking for some accommodation that wasn't (a) horribly expensive, (b) in a reasonable location, and (c) included breakfast. The Lindsay Guest House came up trumps - great location by the canal (a 20-minute walk into town), a cracking, option-filled breakfast (eggs however you...

Stayed for two nights for a conference at Corn Exchange. From start to finish it was a pleasure to stay here. There was nothing I could criticise. Rooms were spacious and spotless and every little detail had been thought of. Food was excellent, plenty of it and loads of choice. We got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble....
