Very spacious and light apartment with big windows. It’s located right in the centre and you can walk everywhere. The reception team are very friendly and helpful. The furnishings are perhaps a little Spartan but you have everything that you need. Highly recommended.

Customer service were unfortunately not helpful at all in terms of fixing the issue with the wrong booking. The room I got is not what i booked! Even the staff member who came to check even admitted that the room is not what appears on the booking in my sonder app. They kept promising to look into it but nothing happened. Will never stay at a sonder again. Very poor service.

The Sonder Royal Garden Apartments is a great place to explore Edinburgh from. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning.

The apartment is very well located, right in the central area with easy connection to tram and busses, very well equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant and quiet stay. The staff was friendly and even it was a missunderstanding, they solved the problems very quickly. Congrats to all team! I forgot my car keys and they announced me immediately - hope to receive them in my native country asap:) Strongly recommended!

We stayed for two nights in a studio apartment. Everything was perfect. It was very clean and cosy. They provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There was a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, cooking utensils, coffee machine and filter and cleaning material. We didn't prepare any food but the washing machine came in handy. Only issue I had was with the pillows as they were alittle hard but it was seen to immediately and provided softer pillows. You can communicate through the app 24/7. We could leave the bags in lockers for free after checking out. Very close to the station and the city centre. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you "sonder ", you made our stay a memorable one!
