This was a very pleasant two day stay made all the more special by staff friendliness. The top floor room had a really good view over the well cared for canal lock and view beyond, albeit the window was small but this was also part of the original buildings charm. Enjoyed the tasty well prepared steak at the Beefeater Restaurant...

Located on edge of town centre, on the main road through Falkirk. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious and provided by the Beefeater. Car park was a bit of a building site and car parking was limited as a result but that was the only negative really. No elevator in the second building so make sure that if you are going...

Visited for 1 night to break our journey. Had a lovely big family room with nice view of the Canal. Hotel was only 4 minutes away from both Falkirk Wheel and The Kelpies which we'd visited and although on a busy roundabout the rooms were nice and quiet. We ate at the attached Beefeater at night and for breakfast, service...

Hotel is in a nice sitting next to the canal, handy for visiting the Falkirk Wheel, a 30 minute walk along the canal and the Kelpies less than 10 minutes by car. The hotel room is what you expect from a Premier Inn, basic yet comfortable. Had a room on the third floor, free wifi was not very reliable. When...

Excellent hotel as i have reviewed earlier this year. I just want to point out that we stayed in the annex this time which is lovely BUT THERE IS NO LIFT.so if that is a problem for you phone and speak to them. Otherwise it is great value for money.

Enjoyable stay with friends. Typical clean and comfortable Premier Inn with friendly staff. Good value breakfast served next door at the Beefeater but if you're looking for dinner try across the road at the Coppertop Restaurant instead. Far superior quality food at the same prices.

You could hear a pin drop itvwas so quiet Not possible to open the window which is a downside for us as we do have it open at home Staff v friendly and helpful The restaurant attached had...

I stayed here with my family whilst waiting for my car to be serviced. We had a family and twin room which were of an excellent standard and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Having pre booked breakfast we had an excellent choice of food from continental choice to cooked. Food was good, plenty of choice and was all you...

We stopped here for two days to see the attractions including the Falkirk wheel and the Kelpies. We knew the building was an old brewery but we pleasantly surprised to find our room overlooked the canal locks. The welcome was warm and friendly and within a few minutes we were in our room. As with all premier inn hotels the...

As always you get the same standards, the staff at the Hotel were very good and in the thunderstorms/Rain they gave me a Brolly to get to the bank, we were in the main building next to the Beefeater. Doors could have been quieter in closing,
