We arrived on a dreich Wednesday evening with our old dog and were welcomed with open arms by the reception staff. The evening progressed in the same vein with great customer care. The food was fine and great value, they laid up for us for both dinner and breakfast in the lounge area so we could sit with the dog....

My room was huge and well appointed. The outside of the hotel is looking very tired but is the interior is a bit better. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and polite. The restaurant and bar staff are particularly very pleasant and friendly.

Last time I stayed at the Hotel Cladhan was in the 1980’s when I was a regular visitor to Falkirk on business trips. It still seems to be the only hotel in town. Nowadays the building looks a bit shabby on the outside but on the inside the staff are very welcoming and friendly. My room was nicely furnished and...

The hotel is very clean, our room was incredibly spacious, very well appointed and nice and quiet. The bar had a great selection to choose from, the choice of food was good and well cooked. An all round great experience, will definitely come again.

Stayed here with a youth football team . Hospitality shown by the staff was first class . Rooms were spacious and spotless . Food was excellent, both buffet breakfast and the set evening meal which offered a varied choice . Enjoyed my short stay here . Ideal spot to access Glasgow and Edinburgh

My sister-in law and husband and my wife and I were visiting Falkirk to see the Kelpies and ride on the Falkirk Wheel. We prefer independent hotels to the major hotel chains and we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located(only 5 minutes from the High Street) but has little or no...

Our rooms were cleaned immaculately every day with fresh towels and all of the complimentary tea, coffee, shampoos etc topped up.
