Took my dog with me, we both loved it, friendly hotel, lovely gardens, nice food and reasonably priced. Dog allowed in most areas apart from gym and restaurant but this was fine. Also my dog got biscuits on arrival, lovely suprise!

Recently returned from our 3rd stay at Balgeddie House and overall our stay was disappointing. We had arranged with the hotel several weeks before our arrival for our room to be near my elderly mothers room. These rooms had been booked at the same time months before. We were surprised and disappointed to find that we were on a different...

I sincerely apologise that you left disappointed after your most recent visit. We have looked into the smell you described unable to detect any smell coming from the room since. We do air the rooms when they are getting cleaned between guest stays which is important especially coming into the warmer months. Whilst I appreciate you felt our public space...

This fine hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, The building seems to be an old mansion ,heavy doors, cracking stairs, paintings on walls, traditonal restaurant and bar (bow window overlooking a large and perfectly well shaved green filed. From 2nd floor rooms, the view is not amazing, but restfull. The bedrooms are large, very comfortable beds, lots of natural light (curtains to be closed...
