Excellent accommodation. Very clean and fresh. Room modern and has everything you need. Location is excellent, plenty of parking. On - site restaurant if needed. Price was very good - this does vary depending on availability and booking date.

Premier Inn is our hotel of choice however this was disappointing. The shower had no pressure and took ages to get rid of shampoo. The mattress was old and the bed dipped in the middle. Then, the worst thing. The toilet wouldn’t flush paper away. Room was clean and tidy but not up to Premier Inn standards. We felt overcharged for this room.

Wasn't aware of the early check-in for an extra £10? Arrived 1,5 hours early, and as it was a business trip, couldn't take advantage of the early check-in, unless I paid it out of my own pocket. Something to be aware of next time. Hotel is ok, and pub next door is as expected for a 'Brewers Fayre'. There is a McDonalds and a Chinese (Beijing Banquet), 'All You Can Eat' Buffet restuarant just a short walk away. Very good value.

Stayed at the Premier Inn for a couple of days for a family funeral. The room was clean, tidy, and usual Premier comfort. The receptionist is very pleasant. However, the Brewers Fayre restaurant next door needs improvement. We had dinner our first night, and the food started off hot(ish), but served on stone cold plates, which meant very quickly it lost its heat. The peas were already cold when they arrived at the table. Peas were replaced but were still cold!! Overall, the food itself was quite acceptable, but serving warm food on cold plates is sheer stupidity. Inattention to detail. Breakfast was mediocre. Bacon overcooked and very thin slices. Also, the plates again were cold. (We were told last night at dinner the reason for the cold plates was the bain-marie, which is used to heat the plates, was broken). How much initiative is needed to use ovens to heat plates? Come on, Premier, don't lose your good name and brand superiority over poor dining arrangements! I've given 4 out of 5 because the room is good. You only lose a star because of the poor dining arrangements.

Hotel was clean Restaurant was clean but food wasn’t great , the food was warm when it came . Breakfast area for hot food was small , not enough food put out , so people were queuing for food as the food ran out , Also sat eating breakfast and trying to have some quiet time eating but the cleaner was hoovering, I would of expected this to be done before service and after service.

We stay at this Premier Inn on a regular bases and it never fiails to deliver. Always clean and fresh and does exactly what it says on the tin. We satyed here last night, 29th April, and as always had a great sleep. We checked in at 6:30pm, went staright out, and did not return until 1am. The hotel was welcoming and warm. When we checked in the girl at reception was friendly, polite and professional. We asked for extra milk for the room and she popped it in for us while we were out.

Typical Premier Inn. Staff were lovely and helpful. Stayed for two nights in an adjoining room with a locked door between the rooms. First night we had a bunch of drunkards rolling around in the car park at 2am. Second night the person in the adjoining room was up till 4am watching television. We knocked on door and asked him to turn it down but to no avail. Hence no sleep. Was going to mention this to staff when we left but no one was at reception. Maybe we were unlucky but won’t be back to this Premier Inn.

Typically hoof clean premier Inn. Usually my first choice if i'm in an unfamiliar area. The receptionist on duty is very pleasant and helpful, she was the only staff member I saw. Parking is plentiful, there's a restaurant next door. I had a good two night stay. Thanks.
