My wife and I went for a date night. We chose Steak night, and we were not disappointed. My wife cannot eat much, due to illness, staff were very accommodating.. Food was excellent, I had steak and sticky toffee pudding, my wife had chicken starter and deep fried bread and butter pudding. Rebecca, the waitress, was very good, vert attentive. The hotel looks beautiful, you have done a great job. Looking forward to coming back again.

Lovely hotel but due to noise from roof extraction fan outside our room our stay was spoiled . Tried to shut window to drown out the noise but window wouldn’t shut . Fan was turned off when we complained at reception but did come back on at 7 am .

Fantastic hotel & staff. From the moment Shanice took the phone call it was beyond excellent. Communal areas, dining & bedroom were all bright and welcoming. The whole place is spotlessly clean and in excellent order. Staff are most helpful, professional and polite. Shanice on reception has a warm welcoming smile that lights up a room and is so helpful and courteous. My entire stay was faultless and incredibly comfortable. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend without hesitation. Scores 100% in every respect.

On first arrival, the drive into the hotel is gorgeous and the decor and building is beautiful. I was served by the events manager at reception, he didn't say hello, didn't say welcome to the Dean park, didn't say what time breakfast was at and I had heavy luggage and he pointed me to the stairs and said I had to go up stairs to my room, he never told me their was a lift! Discovered that on my own. Totally useless! I could understand if he was busy or looked stressed but the hotel was fairly quiet, I never seen any other guests and it was afternoon on a Tuesday. So no excuses for him. I strongly recomend sending him on a training course for basic customer service skills and communication, his lack of people skills and arrogant mannerism really showed, ive been to many hotels in Fife and always been greeted, he said nothing. He actually made me feel really unwelcome. After checking in I felt really gutted at myself for booking the hotel and wished I had booked the balbirnie instead as same price. The room however was lovely, decor gorgeous and clean. Coffee and tea and hot chocolate were lovely. No hairdryer in room and walls paper thin. I'm an early riser but the people in the room next to me were up for 5am! And I could hear their kettle, their shower, doors opening, their TV and talking. Not their fault at all but just a heads up. The room was also roasting, no air con or means of controlling temperature in the room and cant open the window but scotland doesn't usually get much heat so can understand. Bed was so comfortable and so were the pillow. Shower also brilliant. The female receptionist met me with a smile in the morning, and on my way out was incredibly polite. When I went for breakfast the young man showing guests to their table was exceptionally polite and really good at his job and could tell they both liked their job. The breakfast was also lovely, I got French bread toast with berries and cream. Was really nice! Would have been a really nice stay but first impressions are usually lasting impressions and for that reason I don't think I'll return.

We stayed over for our nieces wedding, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in the hotel and nothing was to much trouble for them, very friendly staff. The bedrooms were fresh, very clean and modern with all conveniences, and if you needed something you just had to ask. Food was fantastic, will defo come and dine and stay here again.

We arrived after a long journey, an hour after check in, to find that we had to wait another hour and a half before our room would be ready. Not a great start. Thankfully, we had family who lived locally so we had somewhere to go. Once checked in, the room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Job well done! We were staying for a family gathering and as we were a party of 12, pre ordering of food was requested in advance. Once seated, the food arrived but was so slow! Nicely prepared but the starters were cold by the time all the rigmarole involved was gone through… main courses were the same, good food but such a long involved (and unnecessary) procedure to get the orders on the table. Although most of it was good, by the time the last order came out, the rest was certainly not hot. My husband had a fish dish that was not great, cold by the time he got to eat it and so overdone… However, the young staff were very enthusiastic and did their best. Much appreciated. Perhaps plate the food in the kitchen as it’s ready and bring it out? Nobody likes cold food…

Lovely hotel freshly renovated to a high modern standard. We had a superior room with a super king sized bed, very comfortable, clean and warm- and as the hotel is set away from any main roads it was very quiet so we had a great night sleep. We ate in the bistro which was excellent and then breakfast was buffet style with everything you could need and plenty of tea and coffee. We would definitely stay here again

Had an afternoon tea for Mother’s Day. Food was excellent, large portion sizes so we couldn’t even finish the cakes lol. Service was a little bit slow but it was very busy so we didn’t mind. Staff lovely and helpful. Hotel is lovely, looked exceptionally clean.

Visited the Dean park today for Mother’s Day. Had the high tea. Food was delicious. We all had different meals and couldn’t fault them. Very big portions. Cakes and scones were amazing. It was very busy but staff were all doing a great job. Will definitely be back.
