The Old Course Hotel sits on #17 of the Old Course and has a bar and restaurant on the 4th floor overlooking one of the most famous sites in all of golf--Road Hole, #1, #18 and the R&A. The hotel staff is fantastic and their golf team gets you to/from the hotel, practice ranges and courses efficiently. Hotel, staff, food...

Visited for a friends b day and had a great time. Nice room at the front albeit to the rear would be better. Great bar on the 4th floor with better views although drinks are pricey. The spa is small but very good although the roof top Jacuzzi is a bit exposed. We ate in the jigger inn, which has...

Booked two rooms for two nights over the August bank holiday weekend. Was impressed when received a welcome email asking if we wanted to book dinner. We duly booked dinner for the Friday night for ourselves and elderly parents. When we arrived we were given rooms that were for other guests after complaining we got moved to a room size...

Great hotel in every way. There are a lot of options for golfers and non golfers. Walking distance to St. Andrews town is 15 minutes away. The golf museum is 10 minutes away. Great location. Beautiful views of the course and the ocean (Chariots of Fire filmed there). Bathroom and spa with Kohler fixtures are second to none. Spectacular Kohler...

We stayed two nights in a room with a balcony overlooking the 17th hole and the whole thing is just spectacular. Not overly opulent, but just oozing with golf and offering exceptional service. Breakfast was probably the best we had in Scotland.

Sad but true this hotel needs a major upgrade...stayed in a suite overlooking the road hole. Carpets all torn and worn out. Kohler bathroom a mess bath jacuzzi switch fell out when turned on! not a great advert for owner that sells bath products. Paint peeling off the walls. A shame as was hoping for better
