I can't fault this clean and elegant B&B with its super-friendly hosts, delicious breakfasts, amply appointed bedrooms, free wifi, complementary kitchen and lounge. And all at a competitive price. Bravo, gentlemen

What a fantastic place to stay, spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfasts and superb company. John and James are marvellous hosts and so welcoming and friendly. Fantastic base for the commonwealth games and sight seeing. Most accommodation put their prices up considerably during the games however John and James decided not to! I would highly recommend staying here and we will return...

We were lucky enough to stay in the apartment which is part of the house during the Commonwealth Games. John and James could not have done more to look after the 4 of us. Clean, comfortable, well located and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and really fresh. All this and parking too! Will be back.

This was one of the best places we stayed during our UK trip. Easy to find off the main road. Plenty of parking in the back. The place felt large and homey. Had a nice lounge area where anyone staying could relax. Breakfast room was open and sunny. Breakfast was tasty and served quickly. The room itself was large and...

I have stayed here 3 times now to see family back in my home town of Glasgow. I wouldn,t want to go anywhere else. John is a great host and very helpful. Stayed in family room last time which is more like a small flat - perfect for our needs. Breakfast always lovely and along with the breakfast banter with...

John is the enthusiastic host of Glasgow Guest House. Although a wee bit difficult to understand at times for this American ear, he suggested many possible attractions in Glasgow, but especially the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, Mackintosh House and University. Our double room en-suite was clean and comfortable, and breakfast very good. Recommended, especially as our en-suite room was BPS 63....

Stayed for one night whilst at a wedding at a nearby hotel. Our stay was brilliant, from the moment we arrived until we left. As someone who works in a customer service environment, both John and James were fantastic. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, breakfast was great and kitchen facilities were available if we needed them too. Would...

A group of golfers booked the whole house for 3 nights. We were very well looked after, and made to feel at home. Location was excellent for us. Great breakfasts, freshly prepared. Golf gear was not a problem.

We stayed in the "apartment" attached to the main house; it was great! House was beautiful, in a lovely area. Breakfasts were wonderful, rooms were large and clean, John was a delight. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
