This hotel is located just a short walk away from a ton of cafes, bars, coffee shops, and an amazing vegan restaurant called The 78. It is also quite close to the Kelvingrove Museum, a really cool attraction to see if you happen to be in Glasgow. The room I had was one of the tiniest I've ever stayed in....

4 of us booked in for an overnight stay, reception staff friendly and helpful however it all went down hill from there! Room carpet was stained, quilt cover was ripped and someone else's hair was all stuck to it. Window locks were loose and and shakey, air conditioning didn't work made a terrible noise. Went for dinner in the traditional...

I have stayed at this hotel twice this year and both times found it pleasant and excellent value for money. The Rooms had all we needed and were very clean. Cocktail bar was lovely, reasonably priced with good friendly staff. Superb location for visiting SECC Hydro and Kelvingrove museum. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Upon arrival staff member could not find my reservation, after about five minutes he found the reservation and then told us we couldn't pay by cash only card (this hadn't been stated anywhere in the hotel or when we booked) we mentioned to him we were unaware of that and only had cash. He suggested going to the bank to...

So we're staying for one night to go to a concert so wanted a place for a good price. First impressions were good at check in, service swift and friendly. Got to our room and it has a light beige carpet which is frankly disgusting. Stains of all shapes and colours. Had we been staying longer or intending to spend...

Dear Ms_caf, Thank you for your feedback. I can insure you that all of our bedrooms are cleaned and our carpets hoovered and cleaned every day, our carpets are definitely not unclean. However I will pass on that the carpet had marks, thank you for letting us know. Regards, Jacqui Dalrymple Front of House Manager

Perfect location for the many attractions of Finneston, nicely renovated classic room, decent size & good amenities. Hotel really has been spruced-up & staff are friendly if perhaps overall a bit young/inexperienced. Seems to be part of general sense of corners being cut; lift problems, room not serviced by 3pm, only 1 sachet of coffee provided, bear minimum of toiletries/towels...

I got an excellent rate and was even surprised at the quality of the receptions, bars and dining options and my bedroom (not much of an outlook but I really only wanted it for sleeping in). Bedroom facilities were as expected and decor and furnishings were good. There was an odd odour in the corridor of the second floor, which...
