Hotel has been modernised and is in good condition, welcome was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable but very small, there was an odour in the bathroom which hit you when you opened the door. There was only two tea bags which was a bit annoying as we had a cup before we went out for the evening... More

Have never been to Glasgow before, this was a good introduction. The room we had was not a big room and the kitchen fans were occasionally noisy, but we would go again. 5 minute walk to Kelvingrove Museum via a park, and only 15 minutes to walk back in to town where there is plenty to look at! The bus... More

Lovely hotel perfectly located and stands out completely from all the rest. The decor is tastefully contemporary, warm and comfortable. Staff are lovely too, helpful, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location, as an ex, resident of Glasgow, ( years ago). I thought this hotel was very good .Close to the wonder full Kelvingrove Art Gallery, with plenty of local bars & shops. Walking distance to heart of the city, with good access to motorway & all major roads.Over all good hotel, & good value for money.

Stayed for a night whilst exhibiting at the SECC. Have to say it's hard to fault this hotel. It really is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, very modern and we'll equipped with a good 42" flat screen TV, huge comfy bed and a really nice, new bathroom with walk in shower. There are two bars and restaurants on site. We... More

I stayed one night for a conference. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine, spacious and with a decent shower. The room has been decorated with thought but the lighting is terrible: the overhead lights give what was a nice room in daylight the atmosphere of a Soviet safe house after dark. The... More

Location of the hotel was great for our trip. Really nice staff at check-in. The bar area and lobby are good and comfortable with a nice atmosphere. Between us we had booked three rooms two twins and a single. Going in November we didn't expect the thermostat in all our rooms to be turned off. It was like walking into... More

Very nice hotel. My only 2 complaints would be that the lifts where quite noisy (could hear them very loud from the room and they did operate continuesly) and there was a mouldy smell in the bathroom but all things aside for the price it was good. I only mention the 2 negatives so as to offer an honest view,... More

Hotel looks nice from the outside. Can't say the same for the inside of the hotel mind you. When we got into room and it was dirty and quite dated! The bedside table looked as if it had not been cleaned. Shower was very small also. Overall in need of a good clean!!

Hi erintrump8195, I am sorry to hear you felt the hotel was 'misleading' our bedrooms are cleaned daily, however I will pass on your comments to the relevant department.
