The hotel itself was exactly what we expected for the price. We had a clean and warm room, little noise from inside. Beds were good enough to sleep comfortably and all amenities counted for (en-suite, kettle, big TV, hairdryer in the cupboard). The cupboard itself is small, though it never mattered to us. You get what you pay for, and...

Great value for money - small room but very clean and quiet. Good size fresh towels and coffee and tea making facilities. Shower room separate from bedroom, but exclusive use, also very clean plus good pressure from shower head and good quality soap & shampoo dispensers.

I travel a lot but this is seriously the worst accommodation I've ever seen during a trip. I can live with the fact that the room is tiny and that you don't really have a closet to hang your stuff. But seriously, the 10th layer of paint to cover mould was ugly and sloppy, the bathroom is dirty, hardly any...

I never thought I would write a review of a place entitled dreadful but I cannot describe how awful a stay this was. We were hoping for a decent place to relax after a night out in Glasgow. Unfortunately this would not happen. The room was dirty, the floors uneven, hairs in the shower, great big wet patches on the...

Booked through a local travel agent, for £29 price reflects the stay cheap!!! First room was dirty dead bugs in the bedding, trying to find the staff was near impossible, they were very Blazey didn't even show us to our room and no sign posting to indicate were rooms are, second room was mediocre, bed sheetsade us itchy all night,...

The room was a good size, with shower and tea and coffee facilities. In the area around the Glasgow House is a bar/ restaurant right across the street and a lovely little bakery on the corner where you can sit in. There are also other bars and restaurants close by with shops also.

We turned up at the hotel looks like a run down hostel from outside and a from the inside and the rooms really need sorting out but the beds where clean and the room served its purpose. Only down fall was it says it had wifi and it did not!

My partner and I paid £208 for a two-night stay at this 'hotel'. We felt that we had been conned. The room was in the basement and stank of damp and mould. It had not been cleaned thoroughly - there was litter (including an empty two-litre bottle of Fanta) under the bed. There was no wifi signal. The room was...

The room was filthy and freezing. The radiator wouldn't turn on and there was a huge crack in the window frame, letting all the cold air in. The room hadn't been cleaned and, to my disgust, there was a piece of moldy corn in the corner of the room. I was only there for ten minutes, but they refused to...

Having read the reviews I was a bit wary but it was ideally located for the Kelvingrove Park and the two museums I wanted to visit. The hotel is ok and although the car parking is a nightmare, I found the lady at reception pleasant and she was polite and helpful. I had changed my booking and was due a...
