I personally stay two or three times per month with work, and also use this place as my number one pick when colleagues from work travel to our Glasgow office. The hotel is great value and has a subtle self deprecating humour about it, with lots of tongue in cheek motives and messages spread throughout. The rooms are on the... More

Great hotel in a central location. Extremely clean and comfortable. Free wifi and movies were great too. Quick and easy check-in/check out with no hassle at all. Never had dinner or breakfast but there are plenty of other places to eat anyway due to location. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed on business so didn't have to worry about costs. I did go out for breakfast rather than have it on-site (there are loads of places within walking distance and I'm not going to eat 12 quids worth of food, if indeed there is 12 quids worth of food available!). I can see the ipads being a pain for... More

My wife booked this room as we were staying in Glasgow for one night only to go to a concert and it was reasonably priced at £70. At first I didn't like the quirkiness but it grew on me. Firstly, there is no staff check in, you do it by computer in the lobby even printing your own room key.... More

Stayed at CitizenM last night after a concert and while the hotel is quirky, and modern, it all felt a bit contrived to me. Room was adequate though no tea/coffee in the room, bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very overpriced at £10.95 each but if you wanted a pastry you had to pay an extra £2.50! Was supposed to stay again... More

Stayed here for attending a gig in the city with my partner. Incredibly simplistic with its self-service (which is worlds ahead of the annoying supermarket ones). Staff are on hand to assist should you require it. As seen in other reviews, rooms are compact however we didn't feel boxed in. Futuristic and slightly empowering control of all the features in... Well designed and located hotel perfect for a business trip. Good simply rooms with very good shower and comfortable bed. The high tech 'mood' lighting is fun and the AV system excellent especially mirroring from hand held devices. Plenty of plug sockets Including euro and US and very goodWifi. Self service breakfast was fine and the service was exceptional. It... More

The decor is somewhere between an Ibis and a night club, but inviting. Very well organized, modern, friendly and clean. I didn't give it 5 stars because there's always room for improvement...I've been to several hotels in Glasgow and I don't know if you'll find better quality, a must try!
