I was visiting town for a sporting event and booked into this B&B for one night. After arriving early (I misjudged how close it was to town) I was welcomed by the owner and made to feel at home. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. I was chuffed as some of the online

I was travelling with my grandmother, and we stayed here for one night. Lovely neighbourhood, very quite. The space was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely, it was good value. When we were there, there was a beautiful rose garden there.

My reservation was made through Expedia, so that company sent me an automatic confirmation. My problem arose only after the confirmation, when the proprietor started hitting me with his unbending rules, such as threatening to ignore the doorbell after 9:00 if we were the least bit late. He also expects you to read a tiny-print, two-page statement of his rules! He notified us of his extra nonsense a month after we had made the reservation, so a slow response may be the norm for him.
