Whilst the hotel is in a fantastic location that is its downfall. Our room overlooked the train station, you can see the bedroom window from the ticket barrier.
A lack of decent soundproofing in the windows means that come 6 o'clock in the morning you...More
Was given a gift of afternoon tea for birthday. We were early so went to the Champagne Bar first. After ordering our drinks we waited about 10 minutes before we were served which seemed crazy as it wasn’t that busy and I counted 6 waiting...More

It's on Floor 2, which I think is mainly suites (2 rooms that have been renovated into a nice 2-room suite.) My husband spent a morning there on his own computer as the wifi was a little more powerful than in our room and there was a printer and a few office supplies. If you hit it early enough in the morning, there's a nice selection of hot coffees and water hot enough to make a nice cup of tea. (That was big for me, as I don't drink coffee.) They also put out a nice tired tray with small pastries and biscuits in the morning--but you've got to hit it before everyone else, as it didn't seem to be replenished once it was gone. However, it wasn't open during a Saturday event on the floor below or on Sunday.
