Stayed here for 2 nights at start of December . Hotel only has 4 bedrooms and I was in the one classed as compact double . As I was on my own the size was fine, might be a bit small if a couple there but to be honest I've stayed in a lot smaller. Room was clean with bed...

Great location, Friendly staff, Decent value for money. The room itself was ok but the en-suite was'nt great, Also the shower could be doing with a good scrub. It was fine for a one night stay so never complained, Had we booked for longer we probably would have said something. The bar downstairs had a great atmosphere.

Stayed here for a Saturday night. Started with late lunch in the bar - huge menu choice and good veggie options. Traditional to modern Scottish. I went for the veggie haggis, neeps and tatties, yum! Breakfast next day was continental, help yourself - all good. The staff are happy and friendly and can't do enough for you. Our room was...

It is impossible to see 4* near the name of this hotel on TA. Staff are helpful and friendly but the cleanliness is far from being any hotel with a star rating. Dusty all over the walls and all corners of the room, cupboard and bathroom. Its ok for a night if you are not a light sleeper as its...

Booked an overnight stay in rab ha's for birthday night in glasgow. Cant praise the staff highly enough-had trouble getting parked because of the bike race in glasgow the following day and the 2 woman in the bar could not have been more helpful. Afraid to say the room was another matter. It was clean enough and bed was very...

From the reviews I was expecting more than was delivered I thought that the hotel room was tired and the bathroom on the surface was clean I would have liked to have taken a mop to the areas behind the toilet. Lots of scuff marks in the paint work, and a shower which was not regulated and needed to be...

I used this as a stop over for work and was really pleased I came across it. Rooms are modern, clean and of a good size (excluding the compact room of course). Friendly staff, good bar, great looking menu. Will be returning.

Checked in late at night and was made to feel very welcome. Room was very nice with lovely decor. Bed was very comfortable. Right in the city centre so very handy location. Loud noise at night however from people on nights out but too be expected. Would recommend in future. For the price however, would have expected a fully cooked...

room 3 was so small there was no room for a suitcase, no dresser, the kettle had to go on the bedside cabinet and the head of the bed under the 4ft window, so to look out of the window you had to lie on the bed, and the tea tray was on the window sill so to make tea you...

Great situation in the Merchant City, handy for the railway stations and bus stops. Loads of shops nearby from supermarkets to large dept stores. Friendly and helpful staff and good food. Upstairs needs a good spring clean, redecorated and double glazing to block out the sounds from outside.
