Booked this hotel to celebrate my husband's 50th Birthday. On arrival we were checked in by a very pleasant staff member. After a short wait we were shown to our room by the concierge. Lovely man who was clearly knowledgeable about the hotel. I had paid for an upgrade and our room was lovely. Very spacious with a comfy couch...

Due to the rare occasion of both having a night off, in the spur of the moment decided to book a night in the hotel as a treat, the facade as you walk into the hotel is breath-taking, the interior is stunning, and the staff were very polite. We stayed in the Schloss Golbelsburg Suite ( a suprise to me)...

Stayed for one night only in ground floor room which was clean and spacious. Good location in west end but not ideal for city centre. No bars or restaurants nearby. Just a bit anonymous and quite expensive.

What a gorgeous lunch we had. Cannot praise the chefs enough the food was just outstanding and the wine we chose was well worth paying a bit more. We had a really lovely time and the staff were exemplary also especially our waiter and waitress. Thank you so much.

Let me begin by stating that this is probably our favourite hotel in our home city, staying at One Devonshire Gardens feels less like staying in a hotel and more like a home away from home. Staff are lovely, location is perfect, rooms are gorgeous and the overall atmosphere is just so relaxing. However. The hotel is beginning to look...

Really looking forward to staying here as have always admired from outside. Lovely welcoming staff, food good. Unfortunately hotel tired and quite gloomy inside. Room was very comfortable but scuffed corners on furniture, obvious stains on sofa and carpet. Odd chairs haphazardly positioned in hall areas, almost like spare furniture being stored?!! A shame as it was probably at one...

I don't tend to be in the habit of reviewing hotels but after our visit I felt I really should share our experience at Hotel du Vin, Glasgow. We are both pretty easy going and try not to make a big fuss about things but this hotel really disappointed us. We had booked in to this hotel for the Christmas...

Possibly one of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is amazing. Everyone was exceptional and extremely helpful. Mark at the front desk and Derek in the pub deserve an extra shout out but everyone was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are exquisite. They are large and beautiful and the bathrooms are really special. The...
