we stayed there on friday night for a gig, price was excellent £68 for B&B for 2, room was small but adequate, staff were friendly, breakfast was as expected for the cheap price paid, we will defo be back to stay, location is great and ideal for night out or shopping, not far from queen street station or buchanan galleries/sauchiehall...

I booked this for the central location, but was dismayed to find there was no lift at all. Reception from the street level was up 2 flights of steep stairs, and my single room was up another 4 flights and 2 floors! I walk with a stick so this was not great. At the top there were 2 firedoors without...

Good location: just beside the Glasgow Central Railway Station, and loads of restaurants and stores around. Good price: not expensive. Good staff: friendly and willing to help. And the both the bedroom and bathroom are clean. Carpets seems quite new. There's an electrical kettle and a bottle of mineral water in the bedroom.

Good location, dated interiors but adequate room and poor staff, a phone call at 10.29 telling us to check out and 2 phonecalls before 11 was a little excessive. Its fairly common to assume a check out is 11am. At least the pleasant night porter had some jovial input to this place.

Hotel is very very dated and the rooms are in real need of some TLC.. The wallpaper was ripped, the tiles in the bathroom all cracked, shower cubicle falling to bits, however, it was extremely cheap and brilliant value if you just need somewhere to put your head down and it was also clean. The staff on the other hand...

Basic rooms, bay windows very draughty, overall needs some TLC to bring it up to standard for the price they are charging.Breakfast is not included which makes the price high for just the room. Décor within the hotel is lovely but we found the room cramped and will not be returning.Staff were very pleasant.

Cheap hotel, rooms ok. We found staff unknowledgeable. Reception staff should be able to give customers a good service on arrival. Check in etc, location is good. Good breakfast. Good value for what you get .

Working on tour and living on a tour bus can get to a girl! I found this hotel on Laterooms for a very reasonable price, booked for the next night and received a very warm welcome indeed! I was upgraded for free from a single to a family room and appreciated the free wifi, warm shower and colour TV!

I've stayed in many bad hotels (memories of Birmingham's International still bring me out in cold sweats, for example) but this isn't one of them. OK there were no Molton Brown smellies in the bathroom or chocolates on my pillow, and the bed linen and towels aren't Egyptian cotton. But it's clearly had a bit of love in the last...
