A very basic hotel....cleanliness was average, decor a little tired. But, the food in The restaurant for dinner was really unexpectedly really good! The curry and steak and pesto sandwiches were yummy, as was the leek and potatoes soup and Indian appetizers. Very close to naval hospital and a bit challenging to find if using gps to get here. The...

Very disappointing! Don't go there since very unprofessional. My room was double booked and at 1:00 am another person with luggage stood next to my bed. Couldn't fall asleep anymore. I was here for the Scottish Open and lost the next day badly after the night not sleeping. No compensation offered. Needed to go to police and handed it over...

We moved up from Scotch corner to Glasgow on leg 2 of our journey to Bute. The hotel is one we were both familiar with as we only lived a few miles from it for a number of years. It is very handy for Glasgow's West end, Byres road and Ashton Lane only 20 minutes walk or £5.80 in a...

this hotel is good value for money with a good location if you've got a car. It's a bit outside of the center which makes is better value for money. We had a clean and fairly spacious room and the bathroom was quite good. Breakfast is rather basic but still good, and the staff is very friendly!

Definitely best way to describe the hotel is "Don't judge a book by its cover" not the best looking hotel we have stayed at, but inside, well appointed rooms, great shower and very comfortable beds, good breakfast and friendly staff. We will bad back on our next visit to Glasgow.

The exterior of this hotel is pretty dull and dated, but inside things are much better. The room and public areas were modern, pretty well laid out, and spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you happen to be having a cataract operation nearby then you'll find the staff will be happy to store your drops in the fridge,...

Stayed here for the first time Tues 14th & Wed 15th. Very impressed with staff who were without exception very friendly and helpful. We ate in the brasserie both nights and the food was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the buffet breakfast which was well presented and replenished regularly. Rooms clean and lovely big, comfy bed. See you again...

Thanks God, my company pays for my stay. Location wise it's great but not sure who's in charge of the room services. Every time when I come back to the room in the evening room windows are open. Here is cold ❄and not sure why they doing it for. Breakfast isn't bad and if you ask, you would get what...

I've never been to Scotland before, so it was quite an experience. I was travelling alone up to Scotland and I want somewhere I could easily get to the venue and they'd be other people about. What better place than the venue itself! Lovely room, nice view of the pond. Very comfy bed (but it seems all doubles, have two...
