We had a very pleasant stay at the Argyll. Breakfast was lovely and we received a smiley reception. The room was clean and well maintained. Seems to be an issue with air in the water pipes as the taps became a bit erratic on day two which made my shower a unique experience... There is parking at the rear but...

Good clean comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good choice for the breakfast menu. Plenty to do around the hotel. Ideal Base for Glasgow city centre. Hotel is a little dated but is ideal for a couple of nights Base.

Stayed at this hotel when up in Glasgow for a night out. I lived in the top floor right flat in the early 70's when it was a residential tenement block my stay brought a lot of memories back. The Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and good food. I would highly recommend a visit to The Argyle Hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the location was great. Restaurants and museum close by. The staff were very nice, especially Natalie she gave the most wonderful recommendations for food and how to get wherever we needed to go. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Enjoyed having my cup of tea morning and evening in my room. PG...

Stayed one night to extend a recent holiday. Been many times before. Night with breakfast £50, good value. In hotel side. Room nice but felt mattress a bit thin. Once again best bit was breakfast. Always fresh and tasty with waitress service for tea and coffee.

Check in good with nice receptionist who stored our case since we were too early, We were in room 101 -nice but small, great heater, too many tartan furnishings- no where to put them at bed time! Hospitality tray was a nice touch. The bed was clean & comfy, loads of hot water,in a nice new looking toilet/shower room- but...

Booked two single rooms for 1 night. Was worried because it was so cheap only £35 per room. There was no need to worry though as the rooms were fine, clean and had everything we needed for the one night stay. Staff were really helpful, opened up restaurant early in the evening so we could eat before as we needed...

A lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location near the university and Kelvingrove Park. The rooms are cosy and clean and the breakfast buffet is tasty and varied. Staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Definitely worth the money, if not a lot more!

We found the hotel ideally placed for a concert in the Armadillo. The hotel was clean, quiet and exactly what we required. The staff were polite, helpful and very knowledgable about the area. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends. All in all a very nice experience.
