4 of us stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights. Both of these rooms had 2 small double beds so 4 could have been accommodated in each, but it would obviously have been less comfortable. The location is very good for the West End of Glasgow, with easy access to the city. Both rooms were very large and comfortable; first...

Lovely hotel in the west end of Glasgow, right across from the Botanic Gardens. The rooms are comfortable with great standard (especially for this kind of price, but it's very comfortable by any standard) and the service is really excellent. Traditional breakfast choices in a nice downstairs breakfast room. They have room service, but if you're living in this area...

I have stayed at the Belhaven on numerous occasions and have stayed in most of the different bedrooms. I am surprised at some of the reviews, it is a 3 star, not a 5 star! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the rooms are clean and I have found all the beds to be comfortable. Yes, there is plumbing...

I had low expectations given how cheap it was for B&B but arrived into a beautifully grand Victorian entrance, yet modern & fresh without detracting from it's wonderful character. All staff are highly professional (reception, night porter, waiting staff in the morning) and they were delightful at accommodating my awkward request for breakfast. They were simply excellent and more attentive...

We stayed here while in Glasgow for a show. I chose this place based on reviews and price, but as soon as we got there I realised that I was maybe too optimistic with my expectations. The hotel itself is not bad, the lobby and breakfast room are quite nice and the stairwell looks to be the original. The room...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to post your review on Trip Advisor. I was pleased to here our reputation and competitive price encouraged your decision to stay with us. Bought a voucher through living social for a 2 night stay at the Belhaven. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the staff and shown to ours room (2 single beds and a double yet still plenty of space for our 2 year old son to run around in). Our room was very spacious and viewed out onto the botanical...

Great weekend despite the boiler not working. No heating and no hot water friday night and Saturday morning. We left the hotel at 11am and still no hot water, but by the time we got back early evening everything was working. Lots of apologies for the problem. I did ask for a discount for the friday night and we were...

We enjoyed yet another weekend away at the Belhaven despite a few difficulties. The first night the boiler packed in. I put this down to one of 'they things that happen', the porter could not have been more apologetic and helpful, I think his manner and determination made us overlook this. We have had many previous stays and have never...

I stayed at the Belhaven Hotel for two nights for a conference in spring this year. I have a mix of good and not-so-good things to say about the hotel. Staff My first encounter with desk staff was with the manager, and he was helpful, particularly with directions on how to get to the SECC. Never mind that he said...
