Nice hotel, basic but clean. A powercut on our last morning would make me consider future stops, staff seemed clueless and no emergency lighting meant struggling along dark corridors to the stairs and a way out. Not the greatest moment and hotel should have had a contingency plan.

We liked the hotel. Our room on the third floor (321) was spacious, clean and quiet. We also liked the restaurant. Went there for dinner. Friendly and efficient staff, the home made chicken liver pate was very good.Very well prepared steak dish, really tasty. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options. Coffee excellent.

Visited last evening for an event. I always think this is one of the nicer/better chain hotels in Glasgow. We had a lovely meal and despite the numbers (circa 300 I am guessing) it was well cooked, hot and tasty. The down stairs bar area in the foyer is a nice space to sit and people watch.

Staff were very friendly on welcome. Bar staff seemed a little frazzled by the end of the evening but that is maybe to be expected. Rooms were spacious. Could do with being a little cleaner but on the whole it was good. Comfy beds and nice view of the river and sunset. Would stay again if heading for a something...

Stayed here whilst both attending a conference at SEC and using the conferencing suite at the hotel. This hotel has a convenient link to the SEC enabling you to get there without having to go outside, a big advantage on a cold and rainy day. The room was nicely appointed, my companion didn't sleep very well the first night as...

We stayed here October 2016 for a few days after our wedding in Dublin. Yes, the line at check in was quite long, but there were approx 5 people assisting guests and they made sure everyone was dealt with professionally and as quickly as possible. We decided to add an extra night when we checked in and this was no...

We stayed in the Crowne Plaza, Glasgow, whilst aattending a concert in nearby SSE Hydro and found the locaation of the hotel perfect for this purpose. It's an easy walk to the venue and wwith the knowledge that the car is safely tucked away in the hotel car park, albeit at a cost of £6. This is a modern and...

However upon our collegues arrival to the hotel she was advised that the room had not been paid for. Therefor to get the keys to her room they had to take her card details. "Please note this was well booked in advance...
