We came in for a meal tonight . It was cold and very heavy rain . Parked round the back , but the car registration recognition parking machine had a bag over it . Went into the bar area , and another parking machine was pointed out to us inside . This wasn't working either . We decided to have...

Thank you Kenny M for your post, it is a shame to hear that overall we haven't met your expectations and that you encountered some challenges during your visit to our hotel. Your comments have been shared with the teams, our service is an area we pride ourselves on and it is a pity to hear this hasn't shone through....

Hotel looked much better looking inside than outside. Room was lovely. My only negative was it cost us £9 to park our car overnight even though we were a hotel guest. Could hardly get a space and when there was the odd one space the cars were parked over the line next to it so you could hardly squeeze in....

Stayed at the Marriott for one night on business. Check in was good and had a reasonable sized room which was clean with a modern TV. Plenty of wardrobe space. Bar area was good and later on waitress service was available. Drinks prices like most hotels were a bit expensive but were not over the top. Showers were warm and...

Our overnight stay in a lovely room and our attendance at a function here was first class. the service was excellent and the food great. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We really could not find fault. Wee perhaps the £9 for parking was a bit steep but you can stay the full following day. Rooms are modern roomy...

Stayed here for two nights in January The room was nice and warm and really clean. Very friendly helpful staff. On site parking is great too. My only let down was there was no red berries in the fruit selection for breakfast!! Only choice was a melon/apple salad.

I stayed at this property for a week while on a business trip. The staff were very welcoming, and even helped me check-in early (at 9am) when I landed. I stayed on the 12th floor, near the lounge. My room was spacious, clean and provided an excellent base for my work downtown. While it's obvious that this property is not...

Our two sons booked a table for ten to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the Garrowhill dance school. There were around 22 similar tables. The meal was fantastic and service first class. The young dancers treated us to a spectacular display of dancing routines, singing and wonderful entertainment. There was also a quintet of harmonising singers, the Barber shop boys,...

Stayed Saturday past. Firstly the negs. Long queue for breakfast. Will order in room next time. And I'm not sure I'd pay £160.00 for a room again there. However, the best thing about this hotel are the staff. They were, bar none, exceptional. Lovely girl with long dark hair on check-in. And charming you man with glasses on concierge desk....
