Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and right in the centre. All the staff were friendly and chatty. The breakfast and cakes were lovely. Loved all the extra touches. I would definitely stay here again!

The Good: The staff were friendly and tried to help when possible.  The water pressure in the shower was great and the room temperature was comfortable. The rooms have high ceilings, with a ceiling fan, which can drown out most of the noise on the station side of the property. The hotel is centrally located. There was a TV, but...

Room was well decorated, looked new and was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Restored my faith in scrambled eggs!

So easy to hop off the train and into Grasshoppers. Welcomed with fresh muffins and fresh milk delivered for tea. Rooms clean and very comfy bed, not a huge room but chairs provided and we found it adequate, we certainly didn't need to unpack our suitcases for a short stay and found the hooks handy for our coats and scarves....

Somewhere over Glasgow Train Station, there lies a charming boutique hotel - Grasshoppers Hotel Glasgow. My husband and I arrived in Glasgow, weary but beyond excited for him to play in a charity match at Celtic Park. Centrally located in the Glasgow Train Station (ask someone in the Station how to get to the entrance of the Grasshoppers, it's a...

We booked this hotel for its look and location. As a group of 12 people of ages, we wanted a hotel that was central and comfortable. The Grasshopper was perfect. Right from booking to check out, the customer service was tip top. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. Breakfast good and plentiful. The owner kindly invited us to have a...

The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The staff is very welcoming and so is the kitchen staff. It is a great place for exploring the city as its location is at Glasgow Central so all means of transport are in walking distance. It was a bit noisy during nights due to traffic, but that was absolutely tolerable... and...

We stayed for one night at Grasshoppers and found it a pleasant place to stay. The hotel is 30 seconds from the station inside an old office block. The ground floor is very drab but simply serves as an entrance to the building. Once upstairs the hotel itself is very clean and modern, and nicely decorated. Rooms are snug but...

Very good location in center of Glasgow, near the central station. Friendly staff, 24 hours helpful reception. Nice room with everything you might need. No cupboard but enough shelves and places to hang clothes. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Brekfast rather simple, not a lot of choices, no vegetables, but more than continental . There are eggs and bacon, cheese, some cereals...

This is a clean and bright hotel located only steps from the Glasgow central train station. The only drawback I could see is that the rooms are small, but most travellers should find them adequate for the purpose. The complimentary breakfast is a great touch -- fruit, delicious rustic breads and a small selection of hot foods with all the...
