Ideal if you are travelling by train (right next door to Charing Cross Station). I think that I must be getting finickety in my old age. My only negatives is that there was only 2 coffee sachets in the room neither of which were decaff. To be fair the pleasant guy on reception when we checked in did say that...

I stayed at this hotel as I was working in Glasgow. Very convenient for people travelling by train as right next to station. Easy to locate. The hotel reception is tired looking but friendly staff on hand to check you in and help you. Quick and easy check in and directed to room. Three lifts to get you to what...

A tired hotel in need of upgrading. Room dirty with previous occupiers make up powder on mirror. Carpets frayed and raised causing trip hazard. Chaotic check in and check out. Bar not open . Parking a nightmare

Nice comfy beds lovely view from room. Arrived at the hotel early and was told there is one room free if I would like itonstead of waiting for my check inn time. So was really pleased with that. Was s handy area with the theatre round the corner and train station right next door. Would recommend this hotel to people

All areas of Hotel very cold apart from Dining Room. Heaters supplied with rooms but air con blowing cold air constantly The staff were apologising to us and others. Our trip was to do Christmas shopping & Panto. We didn't expect the pantomime to start at the Premier Inn. Very disappointed... Avril,Dundee

Hi Avril Thanks for taking the time to review your stay at Glasgow (Charing Cross), Premier Inn. It's concerning to read that the hotel was cold throughout your stay with us. I'm glad that heaters were offered in the rooms to assist however we'll be sure to pick this up with the management team to look into. We hope to...

I've stayed here 5 times over the last couple of months and for the price, the Premier Inn Charing Cross is not a bad choice. It's possible to stay here for £39 if you book in advance - and at that price, it does represent good value. Check-in and check-out can be problematic because there aren't enough staff to deal...

Only stayed for one night, on Friday 2nd December 2016. Had a great stay. Room was large and the beds were really comfortable. Reasonable price, would stay again in a minute. Tea and coffee facilities were available. Reception staff were friendly and efficient.

If you're looking for a hotel in Glasgow with the friendliest staff, the cleanest of halls, the nicest of guests and the greatest of rooms for the money spent, I cannot recommend anything less than the Charing Cross Premier Inn. The check in took only a few moments and I was helped by the lovely staff who were even polite...
