Good welcome at reception, having booked in online I was dealt with promptly. Bedroom was clean and as expected, although ensuite was a little cramped, you definitely have to close the door to use the facilities. I would recommend you try to stop at the rear of the hotel as you are overlooking the river. When I checked my welcome...

There has been a major change in the menu since last visit...of course the location of the restaurant on the waterside is excellent and staff seem to know precisely what it is about and exude a warmth and friendliness which shows sound training a bit of professionalism. The mezze was simply excellent providing a great sharing dish with all of...

Dear borden25 Thank you for your review. I am delighted that you enjoyed our menu choice, we do listen to feedback and with our riverside terrace we have increased the number of sharing dishes. I take on board your comments regarding the music, it should not be too loud and this will be monitored. Kind Regards, Brian

We stayed here during the snow storms and the scenery from our river view room was stunning. This is reason enough alone to visit the great City of Glasgow. This is a really nice and clean hotel with great staff. Room was fantastic and I like the floor to ceiling windows. Breakfast was fantastic value, you can go and get...

Average hotel. Room is neat and clean. Location is good. Found it odd that I had to call reception for a shower cap and it was not already available in the room. We had city view room. I believe the harbour view room would've been much better. We were only there for a night so it was ok.

Helpful, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, walking distance minutes close to SECC, rooms were very good, nice bed mattress, and a superb breakfast buffet. No water in the room was a point. Otherwise great.

Lovely hotel on the river, the rooms are quite small but if you are out and about it is ideal for visiting Glasgow. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean. Reasonable value for money considering the competition and size of room.

Nice stay here for one night. Room small but adequate. Great breakfast. All the staff we came into contact with were very pleasant and efficient. Hotel was a bit further out of city centre than we thought so had to use taxis' back and forth for shops. Excellent position for SECC.

Stayed for two nights whilst attending a family wedding. Arrived a good two hours before check-in and were found a room very quickly. We had sat in the bar area and ordered a drink which arrived just before the room was ready. ( less than 10 mins). We ate in the hotel that night and couldn't fault the food. The...

Nice and clean hotel. This place was cheaper than others closer to downtown, however with the bus pass, everything was just minutes away. It's nicely located for a great run along the canal. The restaurant was a bit pricy, but many restaurant a few blocks away.
