My wife and I stayed here for a weekend Friday through Sunday. First time here, having stayed at the two adjacent hotels across and up from Hallmark. What a surprise...bit if a trick actually finding the car park and for those who do not know, it is opposite the front door within a former school playground and secure. The hotel...

3rd time me & the wife have used this hotel for an overnight stay in Glasgow . Good sized rooms , clean warm and with good facilities. Excellent breakfast also. Secure parking (£7 a day ) and brilliantly located just off the Ringroad but also only 10 mins walk from Glasgow Central Train Station. Best bet is to book close...

Got a last minute deal for this hotel. I had stayed before and found it to be of a decent standard but the rooms a wee bit dated. Really clean and spacious though. I was particularly impressed with the hotel staff this visit. Every one of the staff that I spoke to had a great attitude and this made the...

This hotel is located in a good location for offices and shops. Very Quiet Street so you get a good sleep. Parking is good and Taxis can be hailed just outside the hotel. Rooms are a good size with good bathrooms. A bit dated but very clean with good beds and good linen. Breakfast was very good buffet still with...

Stayed here as it was on a special deal and had a pool - which I like when travelling for business (need something to compensate for a long drive and meetings!). Hotel very nice, parking was a bit of a faff as no clear directions (although maybe that was because I arrived in a torrential rainstorm in the dark -...

We have previously stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions when it was The Menzies Hotel and prior to that The Milton Hotel. We booked a 4 night stay over New Year and we're very disappointed with our stay. The room we were allocated was very dated, the wallpaper seams were lifting, the lampshade soiled with some type of damp...

We stayed here again for a birthday treat. There was a mix up with the booking but they dealt with it very well and we got an upgrade to an apartment as no family rooms were available. The facilities are great and I especially liked the calming lights in the pool. The only negative was the changing rooms are old...

We had a lovely overnight stay here last weekend. Massage was great, spa was nice and relaxing.Room was nice, standard but comfortable..had everything we needed. The bathroom could do with a bit of modernisation but that was no big deal, it was clean and worked! 3 course dinner in the Brasserie restaurant was very nice, also lunch in the bar...
