I really liked the hotel location in the City centre and the spacious suites with a kitchenette is the main reason why i stayed in this hotel. The only issue is the noise form the top floor every morning that prevent me to further sleep but i did no bother to ask for a room change, I suggest that slipper...

We requested and got a quiet room. Huge amount of space, very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for pubs, restaurants and shops, also the Big Bus.Spoon cafe opposite does great breakfasts. We had a really good stay ( 4 nights)

I was very disappointed in my overall experience of staying here. Service was bad mannered, items missing from our rooms, two rooms booked back in November but when arrived both rooms on different floors. Don't think I would recommend this place for other friends to stay in

We found the Fraser Suites to be great value for money - apartments are very central, clean and well maintained. Think the living area would have benefited from a sofa bed for family breaks. Traffic/bar noise was a bit of an issue. Staff were helpful and friendly

We came to Glasgow for the 6 Music Festival and were delighted to find a suite with a large sitting room available at an exceptionally reasonable price - significantly less than a number of allegedly budget hotel room-only options nearby. We'd recommend a room on the 4th floor on the Albion Street Side of the building - gorgeous morning sun...

Apartments are clean and location is great but I had to move twice due to lack of soundproofing from pubs downstairs and a window which wouldn't close, subsequently letting in cold air and lots of noise. I was told that I could not be moved until 2am so slept in an extremely cold room. After my second move when i...

Having stayed at the Fraser suites in Edinburgh had hoped we would get a similar experience, a big NO., check in the guy was miserable, gave minimal instructions, we stayed on the second floor, apartment dull, no blinds in the bedroom I could reach to pull the curtain shut to make it private if you are short no chance. Kept...

Upon arrival our first impression was that the hotel was nice and looked clean. The rooms had all the amenities we were after, kettle, fridge etc and was well presented. During our stay we were unable to get any hot water at all. We would have appreciated a 'heads up' at check in to stay there were boiler issues but...

Hi staceylou7710 Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased that you liked the rooms. We are sorry about the situations that occurred during your stay in relation to the boiler. Don't be put off by this post, however ask if their boiler is working! We had two apartments, both different but equally as lovely on the 4th floor. Nice touch with the robes and slippers in the wardrobe, and the bottle of prosecco in the fridge. First impressions were great. Until the next morning, there was no hot water. Phoned...
