This hotel does what it's meant to. It's a good price, the rooms are clean and have what you need, the staff are friendly, check in was quick and efficient, and there is free parking. I booked direct and got free WiFi; breakfast is extra but good value with a choice of cereals, fresh fruit and the usual hot items...

We booked in after 3 pm and were quite disappointed at the size of the room, which was cramped for myself, my mother and my 18 year old daughter. A short time later myself and my mother were having a drink in the bar, when my daughter appeared, distraught, stating that a couple had just barged into our room, she...

The best thing about the hotel was the distance to the SSE Hydro. Its a couple of minutes walk which is great after a show. The staff were rude. When we arrived the lady at reception said 'Name?' without even a hello. Also the housekeeper tried to enter our room in the morning while we were still in bed. However...

Perfect for the SSEC , clean and quiet. For members or employees of Nuffield Health ideal as a gym next Door! Only had a bar lunch, so cannot rate the food, but lunch menu looked good. Close to Argyll St, 15 minute walk. Bed comfortable shower facilities good. Only 3 really soft pillows, for the two of us and only...

We stayed here for an overnight because we were attending an event at the SSE Hydro. The room cost £77 for two of us including breakfast, and I think this was great value. Our reception on arrival was friendly and informative. The room was quite small but immaculately clean and well set up. There was a sofa in the room...

Overpriced. Wouldn't say this was worth the money paid. Have stayed in a lot nicer places for a lot less. Room was average, in need of a spruce up. Bar area is very small. Evening meal was lovely. Just a shame they didn't have more staff on ( especially when they knew there was a concert on). Queue in bar...

Stayed here to visit the Hydro to see Iron Maiden. Usually would stay at the Premier Inn on the other side of the Clyde. No rooms available there, got booked in at the Campanile no problem. Great place to stay, clean rooms, friendly staff. Had food in the restaurant before the gig. Reasonable fayre at a good price. The breakfast...

We stayed there fri 12 & sat 13th. Was the worst experience off my life. Very rude staff, didn't clean the rooms. Don't go there. I would of rather slept in the car. Requested new towels and were still waiting. Very aggressive staffing who just didn't care what the customer was asking for.

I stayed at this hotel during the All Energy Conference at the SECC. The check in and out was very straightforward and the front of house staff were friendly. The room was very clean and it was ideal for the SECC. I walked into the west end both nights I was there, and found it to be close to some...
