Seriously, have never seen such mould. Total lack of security, window and door easy to just get in. Staines everywhere. Never bothered with breakfast. Couldn't wait to leave in morning to get home and bath. Nasty place.

Hard to get booked in Glasgow due to a tennis tournament, so unfortunately got a room here and it was way over-priced as if it was a better hotel. We found Daniel the receptionist pleasant and helpful, as were the breakfast ladies (and breakfast was OK). However the room we got was absolutely terrible - you could feel all the...

We booked last minute and thought we would just give it a go. If you have the car, be sure to ask about the visitor permits as it gives you a full days parking from 8am until 10am the next morning for £6. We were in the basement, which in itself was fine, once we finally found our room. The...

We played hotel roulette and lost big time. All hotels in Glasgow were booked solid for some reason, so we ended up in this place. When we arrived we were greeted by a bunch of guys smoking on the front steps and had to maneuver through them to get to the front door. The young man at the front desk...

Arrived after check in time to find a large queue and no-one at reception so waited for a short time and still no-one appeared to check guests in, next morning arrived for breakfast only to wait 15 mins before leaving as we weren't even asked if we would like tea/coffee while we waited. When we complained when checking out the...

So, I just left the hotel this morning and I can't say enough about what a terrible place this is. In my booking.com listing it mentions slippers which were not present. When I asked to use the hair dryer, the man at the desk went to look for it and said it had apparently been stolen/lifted. Not a big deal....

The room i got was not near like the renovated ones in the web pictures and and contrary to the web comments the staff was not friendly at all. The room was old and unclean and I was charged a top price. When I requested a reduction due to my displeasure I was accused of blackmail.

We booked here for the weekend, the room cost £195 for 2 nights, it's the worst hotel I have encountered. The room is dingy and smelly, mattress was well worn, playing tunes with the springs everyone we moved! The carpet is smelly and threadbare. Breakfast on the first morning was chaos with guests being served cornflakes and fry up at...

Hard to get booked in Glasgow, so got a room here. I could not fault the lovely Daniel the receptionist, he was very pleasant and most helpful as was the lady at breakfast (which was fine). However the rooms were not only less than basic, but grotty worn furniture, shower grotty, dirty stained cushion on chair that should have been...
