I have just stayed at the Amadeus Guest House. I arrived to a friendly welcome and was given a generously sized, fresh, and modern room. The bed was really comfortable. I didn't stop for breakfast, but it looked great. The Amadeus is in the west end near the Kelvinbridge subway station so it's a fantastic base to explore all of...

I stayed in a single room for a night in march and was the only guest that night, so it was lovely and quiet. I don't mind sharing a bathroom and as I said since I stayed a Sunday night I was the only one using it anyway, so it was perfect for my needs and the bathroom itself was...

The amadeus guest house was a great place to stay. My room was cozy, the house was clean, and the staff very attentive. Breakfast was a casual but delicious affair, and then the day was open for adventures! The Amadeus Guest House is located very close to the Kelvingrove, Glasgow Botanic Gardens, and the subway. It was a perfect location...

A lovely place to stay in a great neighbourhood. Next to a river and a train station, vintage shops and coffee. About half an hour walk from Central Station or a few stops on the subway. Near the university of Glasgow.

A group of us hired out the whole place as we all had to travel up for a wedding, all of us really enjoyed our stay. It's very convenient, close to all amenities. The decor inside is really nice with cool slogans written on walls and doors and an awesome knitted moose head on the wall. Tea and coffee is...

Since I stayed last time I could not believe how much work has been done in this place. New bathrooms, new carpets. Staff are still lovely and very hospitable. The place is very very clean, and the breakfast healthy and nutritious, none of those frying smells. For a person who normally only travels to bigger chain hotels, I was so...

This beautiful Victorian guesthouse has been lovingly and tastefully decorated. The owner is very polite and helpful. I had a peaceful nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very healthy and a great choice. Situated in a quiet street, nestled in Glasgow's bohemian west end, it is ideally located for pubs, restaurants, museums, parks. Great transport links...

8th visit, and frankly running out of ways to describe it ! Very comfortable, peaceful, quiet and a great breakfast. Also very well located, just out of, but near enough, the "hustle and bustle" of the city. Wi-Fi was not working, due to a fault on the supply, but not an issue at all although it may have been for...

Amadeus Guest House is ideally located in the West End of Glasgow, virtually opposite the Kelvinbridge underground. With easy access to the town centre and to the West End, we offer great bed and "real" continental breakfast accommodation. Rooms are cleaned daily, and rates are more than reasonable for accommodation in this area. As we only have nine bedrooms we are often booked up, so do book early to avoid disappointment! ... more   less
