Love the area round Aviemore. This was a warm and comfortable place to stay, handy for all facilities and close to a couple of good restaurants. We had excellent breakfasts at the hotel and a nightcap when we got back in the evening. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, super shower! Hotel was clean and fresh with excellent parking.

Clean and modern premier inn in perfect location, Italian opposite is fabulous, easy access to cairngorm mountain for the ski slopes and convenient for town centre. Downsides are air con only cools to 19 so rooms are hot (windows do not open). Tv only goes to 23 which is quiet when 3 family in room. Breakfast good but needs to be pre booked. Some items not available every day. Staff very good.

Service was very good. As we travelled on the overnight sleeper the allowed us to leave luggage ahead of check in, and the same the next day once we had checked out. John kindly offered us a complimentary pot of tea once we had returned to collect our luggae ahead of the train.

We had an excellent 3 days in the Premier Inn, Aviemore. The hotel is very clean staff very friendly and helpful. John who worked in the evenings was very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The locations is spot on walking distance to the shops and fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back. Oh and the breakfast is 💯 Laura

It wasn’t a bad stay. The room was clean and the hotel was modern and new looking. However I didn’t feel as though the staff were helpful and they didn’t tell us much info at our check in. We weren’t given times of breakfast, weren’t told what time we were expected to check out. Not only this but during our stay we noticed there was no warm/hot water coming from the bathroom. I went to reception and was told it was broken. No body bothered to tell us about this upon arrival and we were still charged full price for the stay. Besides this, it was a clean and comfy room.

Just had a really nice meal in the restaurant in the hotel. Their menu has just changed and I had Piri Piri chicken with salad. The chicken was tasty and the salad very fresh. I had tiramisu for desert which was lovely. I stay in a lot of Premier Inn’s and the food here has been definitely on the positive side. The staff were also very nice and friendly and dealt with a very small issue straight away.

Stayed two nights for a walking weekend with friends. The hotel was extremely short staffed which is a problem everywhere in the UK at the moment. The room was fine, clean, comfortable, shower was good apart from the towel rail was missing (holes in wall!) and there was no fan, causing the paint on the ceiling to be peeling. The Sunday morning was particularly short staffed with the manager cooking breakfast and one waitress on duty. She was really helpful and friendly despite the pressure she must have been under. The restaurant was tiny so I don't know what breakfast would be like if the hotel was busy. The bar person on Saturday evening was absolutely appalling. Rude, and totally incompetent. I actually watched him have to be shown by a customer how to make a pint of soda water and lime. My request for a cocktail from the bar menu was met with audible groaning and tutting. He had never heard of the drink despite it being on page 1 of the very short bar menu. It was as if they had grabbed someone off the street and put him in a uniform and left him at the bar, and he had never in his life visited a bar before. Instead of making my drink or even going to ask for help, he told me he had to sort out an issue for another guest first. When I told him I was short of time and had to leave for dinner in 20 minutes he barked at me "it won't take that long!". He then insisted I show him the menu (again) and tell him again what drink I wanted and wrote it down. I left 20 mins later and he had still not even started making my drink. He should not be working in a public facing role.

This is the best Premier Inn I've stayed in. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. Facilities in the room were perfect for me. Staff were excellent as sorted out the heating when I couldn't. Food was first class quality and cooked to perfection. Definitely will be back as excellent value all round.

We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn, Aviemore. The facilities, staff, location were all excellent. We would have no issues in staying there again. The hotel location is in a great spot for exploring various parts of the Cairngorms National Park.

Brilliant value for money. Lovely rooms which are clean and freshly decorated. Comfortable beds and good room temperature. The breakfast and dinner was super as well as great value for money and the kids meals were good quality with plenty of veg which is unusual these days in kids menus!
