We had the warmest welcome from Helena on arrival. By far this was the nicest place we had stayed whilst traveling the highlands. We would have loved to have stayed longer here but highly recommend! Facilities were amazing, very cozy and nothing was ever too hard if requested.

Property's Favourite Review
A lovely place to stay. Very clean & tidy. Lovely bed to rest our tired limbs. Amenities on the grounds were gr8 although we wished we had brought our bikes after seeing this ( we couldn't as onward trip was to Pitlochry then down to Grasmere so.. ) Breakfasts were superb, something we really looked forward to within our stay. Thank you. Location is just on the edge of town which was what we wanted. We have already discussed with extended family about visiting again next year so long as you will ket us 😉 Thank you and all your staff for a lovely visit we had

Very nice accommodation and warm hosts! We had a delicious breakfast, nice conversations and great tips for hikes. The countryside around Aviemore offers everything your heart desires in terms of sports. We were very lucky with the weather and walked around Loch Morlich in the sunshine and around Loch an Eilean the next day. It was particularly lovely that our hosts did our laundry as they realised we were going to be in the Highlands for three weeks for our honeymoon. We would love to come back again sometime.

Just visited Ravenscraig Guest House in Aviemore for the first time - definitely won’t be the last. Scott and Helena, the owners are fabulous hosts. So very welcoming and we were so well looked after. They have a lovely loyal staff - nothing was a bother. Thank you to Scott who played our favourite Bruce Springsteen songs in the background during our breakfasts. Much appreciated - Scott obviously listens to his guests. And the breakfasts too are fantastic 🤗. Highly recommended - loved the porch area in the cabins at the rear with wonderful warm bathrooms and plenty room.

We loved our stay at Ravenscraig. We stayed in cabin 10 which was perfect and spacious enough for 2 adults. It'd be tight for a family but honestly, you're likely not spending a lot of time in your room when you're in the Cairngorms. We were greeted by Scott who showed us around. Located on the main drag & within walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast was delicious every morning.

Clean, friendly, comfortable, central. I stayed for two nights in a single room when visiting Aviemore with friends. It was really comfortable with a spacious ensuite shower room. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection including fresh fruit and refillable coffee. Scott was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely book again.

Super cosy and warm room and very friendly owners Scott and Helena. Just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Aviemore. Highly recommended. Breakfasts are legendary - just what’s needed to power a day on the hills. I’ll be back

Lovely warm and modern cabin room with plenty of space for our family of four to stay in. Helena and her staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the accomodation to anyone visiting Aviemore and we will certainly stay again next time we head north.

Just arrived home after a fantastic weekend mountain biking in Aviemore staying at the Ravenscraig. We had friends who have stayed here in the past and they highly recommended we check them out. We were not disappointed, and they have a superb guest house, with an on site laundry and bike washing facilities at the back, which was handy for what we were planning. Scott and Helena are the best hosts and nothing was too much of a problem for them and their staff. Always available for a bit of friendly local advice, and with great suggestions for our rides, we'll be booking in again soon. Have to also say that the accommodation was spotless, the showers were superb and the beds were super comfy. Ravenscraig is also handily located in the centre of Aviemore, with shops, pubs and restaurants all within a short 5-10 minute walk.
