The diner we had by the fireplace was very simple but fresh and delicious. I went for the trout which came with vegetables and it was lovely, especially the cooked red cabbage that came along. The rhubarb crumble was also very good.

If you are in the Tomich/Strathglass area and feeling a bit hungry you must visit the Tomich Hotel. Stopped in for dinner and the marinated pork was to die for, absolutely outstanding food and impeccable service. Can highly recommend them.

Bernard and Jackie work exceptionally hard and have created a very special hotel and restaurant which offers the very best in Highland hospitality, wonderful home cooked food, exceptional service in charming immaculately clean surroundings set in one of the most beautiful areas of the highlands. Went here after a hike with friends and was absolutely blown away by the high standard of food. Country pub with an open fire, ale on tap and set in beautiful surroundings. Had beef with spiced cabbage, mashed potato, served with an ale gravy. Thr beef was so tender and tasty. Delicious! Top notch grub! Would highly recommend and would...

We visited the Tomich Hotel for dinner on a recommendation from the lady in the local shop and I am so pleased we went. In fact in 5 days we ventured to the hotel twice for some yummy food. The staff were very welcoming and really looked after us and the food was very good indeed. We were out of...

The hotel was welcoming, the room very comfortable and the village was quiet, an ideal place to relax and recharge your life. Great walks - really enjoyed Plodda Falls and the walk round Dog Falls had great views. We were fortunate in the weather, cannot always guarantee dry weather in March. T he staff at the hotel were very friendly...

Let's start with the place: It is a delightfully isolated victorian cottage, with a river in the back yard. A good place to start right? For travelers on a budget such as me and my better half, it is also conveniently located right in front of the post office. And that means the bus stops at the door. At. The....

We stayed in the annexe across from the main building. The room was decorated and finished to a delightfully high standard. Breakfast was made to order and was very good. Dinner was served in various sections of the pub and was interesting. The menu was not comprehensive. The atmosphere around the pub was ok. The place is set in a...

We initially booked for one night in Sept then extended to two and then again the four nights. Wish we could stay longer. What a little gem this place it.
