What can I say other than we will definitely stay again. Very comfortable, clean, excellent choice for breakfast, fantastic views and hosts that could not be more accommodating to its guests needs. We stayed for one night on a trip to Edinburgh and it was so good we decided to use the same accommodation on our return. Good parking available...

+ Great location, breakfast-room with beautiful castle view, delicious breakfast (with few options to choose from), nice and very helpful owners, room and bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated. Room with flat-screen TV, electric kettle, coffee and cookies, etc. - Bed could have been a little bit more comfortable.

I used a booking agency to find this Guesthouse and I was in awe of my room on arrival. I was met at the door by the owner and was quickly equipped with my key. Upstairs to my bedroom and wow what a view of Inverness.I was travelling alone but was given a room for a couple. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, biscuits. Wonderful...

Pluses: Central location, very neat and tidy and in Scottish decor ;) Good organization email with all the details of check in etc. Minuses: Breakfast served ONLY between 8-9 am even during weekends which I found a bit frustrating as it was supposed to be our relaxing weekend and we're not early birds ;(

Booked here as the usual hotels were for some reason fully booked but was not disappointed and found this place to be as good as if not better than a hotel!! The price was very reasonable and they were able to accommodate early arrival and late check out. The rooms were very clean and modern. Well equipped too. Bed was...

Stayed for one night on a get away from the kids weekend. Great location above and behind the castle and is an easy walk on to the high street for any shopping. Breakfast room looks across the city/castle. Room was a good size and clean, unfortunately a bit warm for us - wish there was a duvet menu.. Parking is...

What a great welcome and as promised an overnight parking space. A lot of thought and preparation has gone in to give someone a great stay. The place was clean, well decorated and warm. Breakfast was excellent. A bonus was that the location was very near the centre of Inverness!

Stayed one night recently and could not have been better. Usually stay at one if the chain hotels like premier inn etc but this is so nice and even better. Had room with view of the castle. Rooms are cozy, well furnished and very clean. Breakfast was also great with whatever you wanted cooked to order. Will definitely be back....

We were there for one night only to attend a funeral. The location was good, just minutes walk from the station, good views over the castle and the city and information on a choice of places to eat within a walking distance. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent.
