This is the 3rd time I've stayed at The Chieftain and I will be back again soon. Hotel is very clean, rooms are very comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Food is also really good, great value for money.

We arrived late at night and very tired. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the heating but we were given an oil heater which was sufficient. Breakfast staff, again, we're very welcoming and helpful. A lovely visit to the Chieftain, though brief.

We stayed for just one night for a family reunion and staying at the Chieftain was perfect. Its close to town centre and because we were lazy we got taxis back and forth. The staff were all very helpful, including calling the taxis for us. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and full of fun too. The breakfast was outstanding...

This is my second time at the Chieftain and it did NOT disappoint, friendly, professional, well trained staff that looked after all of us very well, even with it being a very busy time for all that weekend, I will be back very soon and might even take the wife next time?

Staff were nice and friendly and breakfast was very good which was included in the room rate. Ate in the restaurant...

Location is okay about 7-10mins to the train station/city centre. For this price, it is actually very good. Breakfast included with a small continental buffet and hot meal from a list of choices. The family room size is also good enough for 4 to share.

First time I've stayed here although I've driven past the place many times. It offers a great location at a good price in what can be an expensive city for accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff but the only downside for me was the wifi signal which was very poor. Having said that the weather conditions weren't brilliant and other...
