Only minutes from downtown and a few great pubs. Ruth and Rob provided great breakfasts that were served with some Scottish humour! Our room was large and the bed was very comfy .Quiet neighbourhood. When it looked like transportation to a certain destination was going to be a problem, Rob offered to drive us. Based on a few discussions they...

Highly recommendable! This B&B is very centrally located in Inverness. City centre is a 10min walk away. Hosts are very friendly. Rooms are big with shared bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and private parking is available!

Only a short stay with family as we were attending a funeral. We received a warm welcome. The rooms were beautiful and the beds comfy. Fantastic breakfast too. Great location- a very short walk into Inverness (less than ten minutes) and a couple of pubs at the end of the road if you don't want to walk that far.

Excellent guest house with welcoming hospitality from the owners and their dog! Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Close to the town centre, which is what we needed as we popped into Whetherspoons for a bite to eat. Everything about the guest house was lovely - we really enjoyed the big breakfast selection. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I loved the wooden furniture in my twin room, and the sun was pouring in and warming the room (as was the radiator) as I walked in. The bed and comforter were both soft and comfortable, and it was very quiet every night. It came with a...

We stayed again with our small dog to break a longer journey. We choose Rossmount because we can relax in the knowledge that the welcome will be warm, the room comfortable with everything we need and breakfast will be fab. Yet again it delivered thanks in no small way to Milo. Thanks for always getting our holiday off to a...

I was just passing through on a business trip. I would definetly stay here again. Greeted at the door to a lovely homely BnB . I had originally booked a single room with shared bathroom, however due to the double being spare for the night , I was kindly upgraded to the double room free of charge . Very grateful...

Great inn on a quiet street just a couple minutes walk from Castle Pub and downtown. Room was cozy w/ modern amenities (including towel warmers!), breakfast was great and host Robert was very friendly and entertaining, especially acting out scenes from Tawdry Castle episodes!
