Three night stay for our first visit to the Inverness area. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options from which to choose. After a day's exploration we would park the car and walk ten minutes from Rossmont to a great selection of dining establishments along the River Ness. Perfect location to explore the area including Culloden, Fort George, the sights around Loch Ness and nearby Highland areas. But best of all were the great hosts! Friendly, helpful, welcoming, offering great local suggestions and advice. We felt right at home.

We found the B&B accommodation very comfortable, with a great breakfast within walking distance to downtown Inverness. The standout is the hospitality from the hosts Ruth and Robert who are friendly and quick to offer suggestions for dinner options, driving directions and places to visit. Would highly recommend Rossmount B&B when visiting Inverness.

This was my favorite place to stay in Scotland. I was so excited about our room and bathroom size! Traveling with one of my friends through Scotland and most of our rooms were tiny. This was to be expected in European hotels. And then we came to the Rossmount. First off, the helped us bring up our luggage, which was fantastic. The couple who owns this is so sweet and helpful. We had two twin beds, a tea station and chairs. The bathroom was huge was well with an amazing shower. We felt like we were back in the states. We were able to control the room temperature through opening the windows or turning on the room heater. Breakfast was amazing. We had choices of all different types of extras and there is a breakfast dining room. Service was great too. Our food came out quick and coffee refilled. This B&B is also a safe and quick walk from downtown. Very convenient so we could take a break from driving.

We stayed three nights at Ruth and Robert’s wonderful B and B. The accommodations were excellent, and the delicious breakfasts were tailored to individual tastes. Ruth is an excellent cook, and Robert couldn’t have been more fun taking care of us in the breakfast room. They went out of their way by picking us up at the airport and later delivering our luggage to the rail station. The location is perfect for walking into the city center. We’d stay here again!!

Great BnB in the heart of Inverness. The hosts were the best. Room was clean comfortable and inviting and breakfast was delicious. Parking in back was a huge plus. Host recommended a restaurant, we went the following night to find they were there as well! If you are looking for a place to stay in Inverness, look no more, book the Rossmount Guest House.
