Stay far away from here, the one 'good' thing might be the location but considering the size of Inverness everything is really close to the city centre/train station anyways. Plus being located on high street made for a really noisy room especially since the windows don't close and there's clubs metres away from this place. The beds were these cheap...

Extremely poor. Location good, but that's the best thing. Mattress are plastic coated mattresses which are very hard to sleep on, but lying in it first night had a very strong smell of vomit. Moved to opposite end of bed last night, and smell wasn't as intense. Taking off sheets on leaving noticed how strained the matress was. Disgusting. No...

I am very surprised to find reviews giving this place more than three stars. I would not be surprised if that were the management creating accounts to try and get better ratings. After a full 7 days of camping around the Isle of Skye, my friend and I were really looking forward to spending a night between four walls and...

I like to book in advance and where we wanted to stay, wasn't available at cheapest rates so i gave this place a ring.. I asked if we could see rooms first before paying.i was told yes but there was no guarantee i could have a room that way and was advised to pay upfront. I mentioned comments from this site...

Haven't spent time in jail but imagine this would come close. Thankfully with friends and humour brought us through. I'm Scottish and its embarrassing that a place like this can exist in these times. Loads of other places out there, wish I'd checked this site before travelling.

I really didn't think somewhere so dirty, smelly and bereft of basic human comforts and standards would exist in Inverness. A third world country perhaps but surely not here ?? Well, this place beggars belief. We were "greeted" by an odious, over familiar owner / manager who regaled us with boastful drinking stories, was very fond of the c word...

We were shown the room but had to walk out as it was filthy. There were air fresheners everywhere in a vain attempt to hide the smell. You only have to look at the photos (we wish we had), it hasn't changed, even if the name has. We ended up at the SYHA which we had stayed at in Glenmore....

Got into Inverness really late last week after our rental car blew a tyre. Couldn't find any place to stay, except this one. Haggled our price down from 16p per person to 10p each for 5. Disgusting rooms, unusable kitchen. Poorly managed. Book at own risk! No heating!

I booked this hostel for 4 staff members. Payment was taken from our business debit card upfront, however on arrival our staff were made to pay again! Despite, numerous phonecalls, emails and a phone call to the local police station to report these people, I have had no refund. This is theft by anyone's standards. DO NOT STAY AT THIS...

For 14 pounds staying in around a 10 person mixed dorm, this is what you get. You get roll to take to your room so you can put on your own sheets and put a pillow case on a pint sized of cotton fluff they call a pillow here, the blanket case for a make shift blanket. This all screams...
