This hotel is a great advertisement for Scotland and from the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen well. We were served a well above average afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches and the most amazing home baking, all small and bite sized delights. Our room was extremely spacious with a large well appointed bathroom and good quality toiletries. The...

Fantastic hotel in a quite location only 10 minutes from the centre of Inverness. The staff are very friendly and nothing was a problem. The room I had was large with a very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom with separate bath and shower enclosure. I ordered room service for food that arrived promptly and was excellent.I regularly stay in this...

This is the second time I have stayed here and the second time I have had a problem at check-in. The young lady had our reservation but it was for one night, not the two we had booked and not the rooms I had booked. Be very careful here - I booked a "Feature double" as displayed on their web...

From the minute I stepped foot inside the door, I've been looked after! The room is beautiful and housekeeping each day was super - plenty of supplies (good coffee etc)! The hotel itself is lovely. I can imagine it would be even more amazing on a summers day! The waitress at breakfast was sweet & her service was excellent -...

A very 'that will do' attitude making it OK rather than good. Had to ask for things more than once. Room tired, carpet old, wardrobe broken, room overlooked, dark corridors and the worst thing was the room and bathroom were a bit cold to begin with. However, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfy and it was clean. This...

Hotel was nice, a little dated in parts, but it's an old building so that can be expected. Room was clean and bathroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Food was lovely and surrounding area. Our problem was with our dinner. We were staying on a dinner bed and breakfast basis. We had a beautiful dinner and then asked for...

Stayed between Christmas and New Year. Made very welcome with a great breakfast and dinner. Not many facilities but very relaxing mood within the hotel. Large lounge with great seats to relax and have a small whisky. No pool or spa but for a couple of nights not a problem.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch here, after attending a wedding fair. Great food, very tasty, and reasonably priced. It is a little bit out of town, but well worth the visit. It's set in beautiful surroundings and has loads of parking.

Really lovely hotel, would definitely recommend a stay here to everyone.Rooms were very spacious and well equipped for everything you might need. Grounds were lovely and picturesque especially when surrounded with snow. Breakfast was really delicious, with a wide range of cold cereals and cakes followed by a lovely cooked breakfast of your choice. Service was prompt and very efficient....

We had our wedding here on 31st Jan and just have to say a big, huge thank you to all the staff particularly Duncan, Sue and Gillian for making our day so wonderful. The attention to detail was not only faultless but totally stress free and enjoyable. The food absolutely 1st class, the service impeccable, there is nothing remotely negative...
