We stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions as Inverness was our base for exploring other areas in Scotland. We would definitely recommend it as very good value for the money. It is in a quiet lovely neighbourhood very close to the cathedral and an easy interesting walk to downtown. It is not on a bus route, so we...

Has a small hotel feel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is pretty basic. Didn't see staff except at breakfast. Location is convenient for walking. Street parking is free after 5 pm and before 10 am.

My first impression walking into the hotel was not favourable and my heart sunk at the sight of the shabby and dark reception. However we were checked in by a very friendly, cheerful and helpful lady who made us feel at home. Our triple room on the ground floor was very nice, clean, tidy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable...

This is not a real B&B. This place has 30+ rooms. The service is not personalized and the "hosts" (front desk people) are rude and bored. The rooms are small and everything in them feels cheap. They are also not well insulated both from the temperature and from the noise. Beds are not comfortable. The rooms are however clean, which...

Booked 2 rooms for a night away with friends. 6 ladies out for a nice meal and a few drinks. We were greeted by a stern woman who took an instant dislike to us. We were given our keys and told the check out time. When getting ready in the rooms to leave for our evening meal said stern woman...

The B&B is centrally located with nearby eateries and a supermarket. Breakfast was OK. There is ample parking in the front of the house but you will need to pay for the parking. The room and bathroom was were very basic and clean. Everything was quite OK but my only gripe was the noise. Some of the rooms consist of...

We stayed one night in the wonderful first floor guest house and enjoyed our comfortable and wonderful clean room. We appreciated the quietness of the location even though it was a front room. The on street parking was limited but available and convenient to the property. This was one of our favorite stays in Scotland.... loved the delicious breakfast too.......
