Charming Scottish House close to the old town. Friendly, polite and welcoming people who try to make you feel at your own home. Sweet authentic Scottish atmosphere. Very quiet to have a good rest. Close to the river Ness, where you can enjoy the best sights of Inverness and walk along the riverside. Great British breakfast.

I stayed here with my fiancée for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The house has rich history and is built in a victorian style. It seems that the first owner of the house was a park manager in the late 1800's and boy did he have style. The rooms are tall but get to a warm temperature very fast...

I stayed at this B&B for two nights in mid October with my husband. The location was fantastic, very easy to drive out of Inverness and very accessible to historic Inverness via walking along the river. The room was a great size with an extra heater in case you got cold at night. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous....

Quaint B & B the owners have been there 30 years and use China teacups if you get the picture! Breakfast was very good which you pre order the night before, Our room was a good size which was great as we had a large dog (although for some reason the owner thought we'd have a small one) but overall...

We stayed here 2 nights and we got upgraded to a room with private facilities, for the same price. The house is charming, it's a 10 min walk from the town center, and that makes the stay here more quiet. It has private parking in the back court. The hosts are really nice and kind, and available for hints and...

If you like old fashioned this is the place for you, it needs a little bit of tlc. Bedding was fine, breakfast is not help yourself, especially cereal and juice. As for location it was in walking distance of the city centre. Plenty of parking on site.

Our lovely Victorian Villa was built in 1875 and most guests love the style of it. We are at the end of another extremely busy season and are embarking on redecoration etc. Our guests love the individual service of breakfast which gets away from a messy buffet style.

Pros: Nice atmosphere, what you expect from a typical British/Scottish accommodation.Friendly owner, he prepares breakfast on his own. Cons: Daytime heating works & overnight heating doesn't work (it is turned off for the night). Room a bit old-fashioned - some textiles/bedlinen should have been changed already. Hot and cold water taps are extremely short and are built in separately (i.e....

Heating is simply not required all the time in June. Hot and cold water taps are separate for obvious reasons. Lucy our cat is absolutely adored by nearly all of our guests. You booked the cheapest room you could find and our prices are very competitive indeed.

The guest house is located on the road going out of Inverness towards the Caledonian canal and Loch Ness and not too far from Eden Court and the river Ness. There was a parking area at the rear of the property which was very convenient as parking is normally hard to find in the centre of Inverness. We had nice...
