The owner of this place was incredibly nice, incredibly helpful and, after another nearby place cancelled my reservation without telling me, amazingly accommodating. If it weren't for this place, I would have been stuck on the street. Plus, the place was clean and the food was incredible. I can't recommend this place enough.

Everything superb from the host, the room , the location and the breakfast, Would recommend unreservedly. Wi-Fi throughout. Host helpful but intrusive. Map and advice given. Room clean and relatively spacious. Within very short walking distance to town and railway station..Breakfast excellent. Overall felt welcome and valued as a guest. Thank you.

Our stay at Roseneath was excellent. After our bus trip from Glasgow, the soft, cloudlike bed was exactly what we needed. The view from our room couldn't have been any better. Sarah was a wonderful host, and gently nudged me to try the blood pudding for breakfast. That's what traveling is all about...right? Trying new things? We will be back...

We stayed at the Roseneath b&b for 15 nights whilst staying in Inverness. We always had 5 star service from Abe who is the owner. He was extremely accomodating. Always checking if we needed an iron and ironing board for our clothes and even offered to do some laundry for us. Every morning at breakfast we were asked what our...

At Roseneath Guest House I had a great stay in the welcoming with particular epoque design. Breakfast is really good and freshly cooked, the Scottish specialities Haggies and Black pudding are sourced from the best local butcher that has it's own kettle. Best back pudding I ever had and it really made me a fan of it. Very very clean,...

Enough can't be said about the great hospitality Ab provides his guests at Roseneath. A native of Inverness, he was able to provide us with many suggestions of places to go, and which ones to avoid. His breakfast were terrific, and he was very accommodating to our needs. Our twin room was comfortable and very quiet. We had a rental...
