A pleasant stay, room was kept at a very good standard. will definitely recommend this B & B. In addition I would state room was set up at a boutique standard. Also the owner was very welcoming and helped us with the local attraction and information

One night stay after a long day driving from Skye. The bed and breakfast is correct, good location if you want to continue your trip to the Highlands or to other parts of Scotland. Basic breakfast included.

Last September we spent five nights in Scotland. This was our last stay. It was the most expensive of the places we had stayed and didn't warrant the price. Wires on the floors and a depressing bathroom. We booked on previous Triadvisor reports. Don't know where they came from. My advice? Stay elsewhere!

Situated half a mile from town centre on the road to Loch Ness/west. Comfortable room (en suite), good facilities (inc wifi). My room overlooked the main road, but no overnight traffic noise. Excellent full Scottish breakfast. Nice hosts. Solid recommendation

Great host, warmly welcomed and very knowledgeable on the local area. The bedroom was clean, warm and well equipped with every thing you would expect, teas/coffees, soaps etc. There is WiFi available but unfortunately it is not unlimited and it came with heavy charges if you were to do any online streaming or downloading. Disappointing. The breakfast was heavenly and...

We had a lovely stay at Heathcote Bed and Breakfast. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, great to chat with! The room was well equipped and the bed was huge, warm and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options! The cooked breakfast was great (tasty mushrooms!!). We would recommend this bed and breakfast to others (we wish we could...

Booked as B&B appeared ok on the Internet. Very disappointing stay. Accommodation is accessed via a hidden side entrance rather than the front door that you would normally expect from a B&B. Restricted check in and out times. The room could be described as shabby and very dated. Hardboard covers on doors, very plain on-suite and lots of electrical wires...

I enjoyed my stay at this nice little B&B, it was very easy to find and the car park at the back was a definite plus. The room was big and warm, fully equipped with a kettle, a selection of tea/coffees, a blow dryer and a nice cozy blanket. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, Peter is a great cook!...

Was influenced by tripadvisor reviews when booking this b and b so feel kind of obliged to rate our expeience. Very restricted checking in times (5-6.30pm) and breakfast from 8-8.45am seems slightly regimental. Room fine and clean but dated. Bed comfortqble but definitely smelled of damp and one of the thinnest duvets I have ever seen. Reasonalble value for money...
