My partner and I were recently married at the hotel (October 2021) and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From first contact with the wedding coordinator to check out it was perfect and the staff were absolutely amazing; nothing was too much trouble. Special mention for Arran, the hotel manager, who looked after us personally on the wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding was only a small one of 10 people, but we were still treated as if there were 100 and not prioritised any less than a booking of much greater value to the hotel. The food in this hotel has to be mentioned as it is definitely up there with the best food we have had at a restaurant and all of our guests said similar - even the special dietary requirement meals were amazing and not just something cobbled together like in other places we have been. The current situation with covid meant we had to postpone our date originally planned for December 2020, but this was done for us with no hassle at all; the staff moved everything and put up with our many emails and even had a few online meetings with us to go over the finer details. The hotel itself is lovely with a lot of character and period details that gives it a comfortable feel and there's always an open fire to site by with a whisky in the winter. The hotel grounds are nice for a walk around too! We would both like to say thank you so much to everyone at the hotel and especially Arran for making sure our big day was perfect. We live a long way from the hotel, in England, but it is top of our list of places to stay for when we return to Inverness in the near future. Kind regards, Rick & Kelly D.

We just recently had our Wedding in October, at the The Loch Ness Country House. The venue and grounds are lovely, we exclusively booked the hotel for our Wedding, then we also stayed the Friday night before our Big Day on the Saturday. Arran and the rest of the staff looked after us and our family and friends, superbly over the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble !!! There was a buffet for the Friday night then breakfast and the Wedding meal. They were all great we couldn’t fault any of it, it was all superb ! For the night time entertainment we had live music and then a disco. The guests were well supplied with drink and ale from the staff at the bar, which is within the Wedding venue room, dancing well into the night ! All in all, a nice venue, Great food and Top Staff 👍🏻

We just recently had our wedding at Loch Ness country house. From the moment we had our first viewing almost 2 years ago the service we have received has been top class. When we had our wedding showround we were instantly smitten with the location and styling of the hotel . This was the exact thing we were looking for. And all the team involved in the last 20 months have been amazing even throughout both lockdowns. The front lounges as you walk through the main entrance and very homely and welcoming, with real fires also :) . There are two bars, one in the front foyer and one in the function room . So to our wedding day, from start to finish this was well organised by Arran and the team . Nothing was to much trouble, not just for us but also for our travelling family . Ceremony room was nicely set up and very spacious. After ceremony on to the lounges for our well made canapés and drinks , we chose a selection which we enjoyed from a previous afternoon tea visit . Haggis bonbons been the favourite :) The wedding breakfast /meal was also delightful, going very smoothly indeed. On to the reception we had a fabulous time with the bar team on at night very efficient also to keep everyone with a dram in there hand :). All the rooms in the hotel for our guests were off good sizes and very comfortable, also the garden lodges down the road were equally as good. The morning buffet breakfast topped a fabulous weekend at the loch ness country house hotel with all our family and ourselves enjoying. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a wedding location also once the season starts again for other forms of dining like afternoon tea or evening meals. So thanks again team Loch ness house for making our deal a complete success Mark & Aimee

We stayed here for one night in October 2021. Upon arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and showed us to our rooms etc. The rooms were huge, but now getting a little bit dated. They are obviously and understandably keeping with "Ye Olde Country House" theme, but there were one or two things that could do with repair/updating, such as the constantly dripping shower head - but nothing serious. The evening dinner was simply amazing, quality of food was excellent and the quantity was more then ample. Sadly, breakfast was not so good. Some of the breakfast food was undercooked, whilst others were overcooked. But overall a nice stay.
