Have visited Scotland on numerous occasions, but hadn't found Bunchrew House. What a delight. Friendly staff, good food, fantastic views, spacious room, and an ideal location for exploring the area. Some good deals to be had. Inverness 2 miles in one direction, and Beauly, a lovely Scottish village, a few miles in the opposite direction. Which ever way you go...

Bunchrew is a bit out of the city but well worth the short drive. Terrific location on the water surrounded by woodland and meadows. The staff is great, the chef even better. Food in general was delicious but please stay for tea. The great room area is perfect for afternoon tea that continues until dinner. Sit and relax by the...

My partner came upon this gem when looking for somewhere different for us to stay. Beautifully set at the banks of the Beauly Firth and surrounded by trees. The interior is very tastefully decorated not too modern , just as we like it.Very welcoming fire in the lounge and comfy chairs and sofas all round. We were in the Cedar...

This hotel is in a great location with great grounds and views. The rooms could use some new furniture. Looked like it was made for kids (very low to the ground) and all the chairs and couch felt like the springs were long gone. Almost like sitting on the floor. The restaurant was a nice surprise - Had two very...

My husband and I were only here for one night en route North but having eaten here we wish we could have stayed longer. Staff are friendly and we were made most welcome. Our room was on the small side but comfortable enough apart from poly cotton sheets. There is a lovely drawing room with a big log fire and...

Food was incredible. Amazing quality and so reasonable for the price! Staff were wonderful. So accommodating to our last minute reservation. Extremely welcoming. The restaurant was too expensive for us. We decided to drive into the city to explore other options. No lift, but staff helped carry all our bags up the many stairs. It's an old castle. Breakfast was included. It's secluded from EVERYTHING. Staff were nice. Nice views of the water with a spot out the front to eat or drink....

I don't think there's a person in the world who wouldn't be excited about staying in a castle on the water. As we drove down the driveway to Bunchrew, I was ecstastic. The private little road and the romantic location on the water really make for a magical entrance..my husband had to stop me from leaping from the car. All...

Stayed in the Craigton Suite with our 2 kids - room layout was excellent with seperate bedroom for them with their own tv. Breakfast was fantastic and service was great. Didn't have dinner here so can't comment on that. Lovely gin selection albeit pricey for the drinks in general. Comfy lounge with roaring fires and board games. Would recommend highly...

We got married at Bunchrew nearly 12 years and always vowed to return but unfortunately life got in the way! We finally returned and were not disappointed. We stayed in the beautiful Wyvis suite with stunning views across the Beauly Firth. The room was immaculate, perfect temperature with an enormous comfy bed. Our dinner was absolutely amazing with attentive, friendly...
