Just home from yet another amazing stay at Kingsmill. Each time it just gets better. This time the trip was a family break. We have total confidence in each visit knowing that from the moment you walk through the hotel entrance you experience nothing but consistent, professional, friendly approach. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. Each evening we ate in the dining room and the food was delicious. Staff are well trained and the environment is lovely. Cocktails were great too ! Breakfast was relaxing and very tasty with a great selection. Credit to you all the hotel was full and you also had a Gorgeous bridal party and their guests to make their day special. No request was a problem. Even our wee dog was pampered by staff with dog treats and cuddles 🐾

We have stayed at The Kingsmills Hotel more times than I can recount and I’m happy to report we continue to have relaxing stays with wonderful hospitality. This review is due to our first overnight with our new Golden Retriever pup who at the time of the stay just turned 3 months old, so this trip was made for socialisation purposes. Knowing the hotel well we booked a garden room, we have stayed in them lots of times but hadn’t appreciated how brilliantly designed they are for our four legged friends. Instant, easy access to gardens, space for bowls, a great sized rug that isn’t in the way but means pup can relax with us, and plenty of room left over for a travel crate. The staff were exceptional, at the time of booking I contacted the reservation team who very kindly helped me with a later checkout due to new pup logistics ( factoring in a hair cut at the hairdressers on site who are great) as well as allocating us a quiet room, we took our pup on a little tour round the outside of the hotel finishing up in reception and every member of staff from reception, housekeeping, restaurant all engaged with our pup with open arms. It’s fair to say that our pup loved his time at the Kingsmills - we will be back in a few weeks.

My husband and I stayed here in January 2022 and it was amazing. The staff were exceptional so friendly and helpful and could not do enough to help you. Our room was incredible and the very large bed was amazingly comfortable. The hotel in spotlessly clean and one of the best places I can say I’ve had food in. The receptionist was so helpful at checkout. Thank you for an amazing stay we can’t wait to come back.

Booked a family trip for a special birthday, and have to say the hotel and staff couldn’t of been better. Great location, exceptional reception team, special mention to the concierge, so friendly and helped with booking taxis and restaurant recommendations! Kids loved the swimming pool. Family rooms are brilliant, clean and spacious. My wife had a treatment in the Kingsclub and it was amazing. Thank you to the hotel and team for making it a great family break. Will definitely be back

We went to Scotland for our honeymoon and this was one of the four hotels we stayed at. The staff were very accommodating and helped make our stay wonderful! Though it wasn’t open the first night, we were transferred over to the kingsmills suite for our second night and it was beautiful! Our view was wonderful and we enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace.
