We had a wonderful time at this nice cozy hotel in town Centre of Inverness. Hotel had very clean rooms and toilets, sweet helpful staffs and is located at the town centre - 5 mins walking distance to anything you need including the bus station. We didn’t get the time to have the breakfast here nor used any other facilities - but pretty they would have been nice too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Clean and modern. Central and close to shops, restaurants and bars. 10/10 breakfast. Everything was really tasty. Comfy beds. Immaculate rooms. Can't wait to stay again .

Went up to Inverness for the night had a great stay in Ness walk would do it again in a minute clean tidy great location for shopping pubs and restaurants staff in the hotel were very friendly breakfast was very nice also.

Hotel was comfortable as were the pillows (which makes a change) gleaming bathroom, good wardrobe space and safe Would have likes glass water glasses instead of plastic beakers Bar staff were very friendly and helpful

The stay was great and the room was clean. Very close to city center and public transport. The staff was really helpful and overall had a nice stay and would love to stay here again when I visit Inverness. Only thing off-putting was they checked our bags, suspecting that we replaced their hair dryer with a boots dryer, which wasn't the case at all. I understand but I hope this doesn't happen again.

Stayed for hubby's birthday. Room decorated on request, lovely welcome and nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. Central for everything we wanted to do for our stay.

Really the best hotel I have stayed in in Inverness. Room was lovely, staff are really really friendly and very polite and helpful. Nothing to much trouble, they looked after us wonderfully. Lovely breakfast, would love to see some vegan breakfast buns or coissants, my son has allergies so we have to choose vegan options..always delighted to get vegan pastries. I would highly recommend and will be going back to stay very soon.

Great location in city centre close to bars & restaurants. Parking available nearby at Rose street car park £7 overnight. Welcomed at reception & given key to room early which was very welcome after a long journey. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Although located in city centre we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good with a good selection from the buffet. Our place to stay from now on when visiting Inverness.

Slow check in service, ended up with a disabled room as all other rooms were taken which was ok but caused many issues. Lighting on ceiling kept us awake all night long ( I presume as it’s a disabled room this light is constantly on) with what looked to be a camera! Lots of lights didn’t work and fixtures in bathroom were loose etc. overall not the best stay.
