From the warm welcome , the clean very comfortable rooms , the best bed and now extras with the premier plus room . The breakfast is always great , shame there was no black pudding though . The manager Paul has taken over from an awesome manager Zane , I thought it would be hard for anyone to follow her . Paul is amazing, so helpful , always available , very professional . We had dinner one night too , new menu fantastic food . The burger was cooked to perfection. We normally visit inverness at least twice a year and ALWAYS stay at Riverness Premier inn . From the location, the room quality and food . You can’t beat it , the best around . Many thanks to Paul and his team for a perfect stay . Those who often visit premium inns try the plus rooms , a very good upgrade .

Hotel's Favourite
About 5 mins walk from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. Alongside the river and bridge into the city centre. It takes about 15 mins to walk to the start line for the races. Hotel itself is quiet, warm and friendly. Good food and large screen TV. Did the 5K this year and coming back for the half marathon in 2023. Keen to get a room at the same hotel.

It's some years since my previous review of this hotel, since when it has had a complete and much-needed refurbishment. All the river-facing rooms are now Premier Plus, for which you pay a premium. I have to say we did not think it was worth the extra cost at this hotel. The first Premier Plus room we were shown was really very cramped. The one we took was better but the only difference over a standard room is a coffee machine which takes those pod things and a small fridge. All the Premier Plus rooms have just a shower, whereas we would have much preferred a standard room with a bath. Lesson learned for the future. One important thing is that the staff are as good as ever. I must praise all the team for being so helpful to us.

Lovely location next to the charming river Ness. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great, but the room was too hot and the seagulls were screeching when we opened the window to cool down. Could do with air con. Apart from that everything was lovely.

One night stay in Inverness for an evening out. Stayed in one of the newly refurbished Premier Plus rooms overlooking the Riverness. Having stayed in numerous Premier Inns over the years, we have to say that the extra you pay is well worth it. Water in room fridge, iron/boards in room, coffee machine with pods available. As always a very comfy bed and the room and shower room was spotless. Fantastic one night stay and will definately stay again in the future.

Great location in the town centre, close to the train station. Room was clean and comfortable. Shout out to the housekeeping that is obviously doing a great job! Checked in earlier as arrived before 3pm thanks to Gary who was amazing and got us sorted with the smile. Everything was perfect from check in to the check out. Thank you!
