Stopped off here for two nights.Great location and we were lucky to get a room overlooking the River Ness. Food was great though bar was a little pricey. Walked into town which took all of five minutes and enjoyed the shops, restaurants and local bars. Have booked to go back in February and looking forward to it. For the price... More

We were given a room on the first floor which looked straight on to a roof. All we could see were slate tiles. The room was dark. We complained and were moved to the fourth floor with a view. I suggest the room on the first floor should be used as a cupboard. I had booked a twin room and... More

Hi Katerina, Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. Sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with the WiFi and restaurant service. Our free WiFi should be fine for viewing emails, social media sites and general browsing. For anything more, you would need to upgrade to our Ultimate WiFi I'm afraid. At Premier Inn we aim to ensure all... More

- The only time we spoke to a member of staff was when he said for us to put our key in the box when checking out. We used the machine to check in, which was easy, but there were staff there and they didn't acknowledge us! The shower made a awful sound and was not very powerful. Could hear... More

Many hotels/chains costing far more than Premier Inn do not get near the standards set by this company and Inverness is one of the best. Friendly staff -always a smile- rooms etc 5 star. Thank you and look forward to returning in 2017.

Just Love staying here, such a great location and staff always helpful. The food is very ordinary, but this is the fault of the company not the excellent staff. We probably stay here about 10 times per year and if the prices were always good it would be more.

We arrived late afternoon to this central hotel. Our room was ready and was the standard premier inn set up. The hotel is in a great location and is within walking distance to all central Inverness bars, restaurants, shops, etc. My only complain was that there was a long hair in my bed when I opened the covers but apart... SImply amazing for price. The hotel is just as nice as any other hotel I've stayed at and it is so cheap. Like I thought there was a mistake when I booked it for the price I did. Tip- for premiere inns, book several months ahead. Also, I screwed up the reservation but the guy who checked me in was... More
