Stayed here with my daughter just to get away and spend quality time with her. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly lady who checked us in. Unfortunately we never got her name but she is a credit to the company. She was very polite and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We seen her again when we were going into Inverness the next day and we asked her for directions which she assisted us with and again she was very helpful.

I am so grateful to the wonderful staff at this Premier Inn. I recently stayed for a week while my husband was in a local hospital. Their kindness and thoughtfulness helped me through a difficult time. I was able to take food to my room from the restaurant which was prepared quickly and of excellent quality. The reataurant staff were welcoming and efficient. My room was immaculate as always at Premier Inn.

If I were to stay in Inverness again, I will stay at Premier Inn, The rooms and staff are excellent. The food and restaurant staff were sociable and friendly too, breakfast all you could eat, great start to the day

Inverness has 3 premier inns to choose from this one won our vote being the first as you enter Inverness from the A9 so it's easy to find being located in business and retail area next to raigmore hospital It's has a large carpark with free parking for customers as long as you register your car details either via a touchpad in the reception or during check-in process at the desk Reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made booking in quick and easy room was usual premier in fair and had all the usual facilities needed breakfast is in the connected restaurant bar which means a brief outside walk from main room block to the restaurant building the outside distance is about 10 meters but during heavy rain a jacket will be required The breakfast offering on offer were perfect with continental and full cooked offerings convieniently displayed and offered as a buffet service clean area for meals and good selection of cereals bakery products and cooked items tea coffee and juice refreshments all to the expected standard of the chain The hotel is next to a large Tesco and other retail outlets and is 10 minutes drive from main city town centre we were a little confused that no matter how much we turned the thermostat up the wall heater was always cos until we realised it was disconnected from the mains and roof vent Heaters were main heat source possibly from a recent upgrade and wall heaters awaiting future removal and re decorating as necessary If we were ever visiting Inverness again and required an overnight or longer stay would not hesitate to book Inverness east again…

On this occasion we were bitterly disappointed as we were unable to sleep due to incessant loud music which lasted all night which doesn’t match Premier Inn’s logo of “Rest Easy”. We would like some reassurance that this wouldn’t happen again if we decided to make another booking in the future. Very disappointed!

Another 5-star stay at Inverness East. Clean, warm, quiet rooms with lots of hot water. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the food is always great and reasonably priced. The only downside was receiving a fine for our second night's parking, 10 days later on the second night of our stay. Surely PI can check that we were staying there for 2 nights?

We stayed one night ( 2 rooms). The hotel has good parking and is extremely comfortable. Quiet at night and feels luxurious for the price. I highly recommend. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, particularly when we asked for an extra room as a late addition. Also the other lady in the morning greeted us and directed us to the breakfast area. Both mature ladies (hope they don't mind me saying) and a real asset. The rooms were clean and well presented.

Hotel had friendly staff at reception. The rooms were clean, tidy and warm. The hotel was near the A9 so was convenient for our travel plans. Parking was good next to the hotel. Breakfast was good with quick service.
