Exactly as expected. The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was spacious. Great location to the city centre and Loch Ness. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was ok, your usual buffet style breakfast. Would stay again.

The Premier Inn is conveniently located just off the A9. It is comfy and quiet with good parking facilities. The Adjacent Brewers Fayre provides a good full breakfast, and this is a good place to stay overnight in Inverness. Handy for the airport. I had some problems getting the heating right, and I was too cold, until I got up...

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff were so helpful and polite and friendly. The room was spotless and very modern. My only gripe would be our breakfast on morning 2 wasn't as great as it was the day before. I could tell the bread items were leftovers from the day before as they were stale and hard. Aside...

An exceptionally poor Premier Inn, where one member of staff seems to be responsible for the entire building. So after waiting for at least 10 minutes in an empty reception, found our rooms were right at the far end of the hotel. My room had saliva or something on the curtains.
